Abstract Persian literature textbooks, designed, compiled, and distributed by a state bureau run by the Ministry of Education, Organization for Educational Research and Planning, also have sections on the theory and practice of translating world literature. The current study deals with those passages, how they are represented and how they are consequently interpreted in the light of Venuti’s conceptualization of domesticating and foreignizing translation. It is aimed to understand the status, significance, and visibility of translators in the corpus under study. The results of content analysis for the five high school literature textbooks (grades 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12) indicate a strong sense of domestication and appropriation by the compilers of the textbooks. The following strategies are recognized to have the largest share in the textbooks: no mention of the name of the translator, Iranization, and appropriation. The strategies are followed by samples for each theme. The paper concludes that the polyphonic world promised to be achieved by studying foreign and world literature is not, therefore, attained in such a context, as the emphasis is ultimately on the target ideologies and worldviews. The study also sheds doubt on the assumption that domestication is confined to the so-called imperialistic cultures like the Anglo-American.

It is noted that the development of a progressive society is dynamic, with a tendency to constantly accelerate, complicate and change, so the integration of Ukraine into the international educational space is the main task of Ukrainian education in general and preschool education in particular. Preschool education is not only a system of knowledge for its transmission to the younger generation, but also the most important means of creating a successful future for all mankind, and the key goal of education is a mature and educated person. It is noted that private preschools can become an effective alternative to public kindergartens only if the requirements set out in the State Standard for Preschool Education are met. The current state of the network of preschool educational institutions (PEI) of different types and forms of ownership (public, municipal, private, corporate, family) is analysed and regional indicators of the end of 2020 – beginning of 2021 are taken into account. It is determined that private and corporate PEI can help to solve national problems with groups overcrowding, low quality of educational and developmental environment organization (subject-spatial, psychological-didactic, social-communication and motivational-cognitive components), inclusive education organization, implementation of ideas of the best international experience, insufficient number of PEI in Ukraine.

The aim of the article is to study the experience and describe the model of transition to dual pedagogical education through networking of educational organizations of different levels. Materials and methods: theoretical (analysis of scientific- methodological and normative-advisory literature, study of experience of higher educational institutions), empirical (observation). As a result, the necessity of introducing dual education in higher education was studied and theoretically substantiated; the principles and requirements of transition to dual pedagogical education were identified; the recommendations on updating the content of work programs from the position of increasing the proportion of practical activity of students in employing organizations were developed. The organization of dual education implies social and professional cooperation of regional authorities, specialized organizations and higher education organization. In addition to serious structural changes in the regulatory and legal field, documentation accompanying the implementation of the educational process, dual education implies the development of financial mechanisms of students' remuneration. The author does not touch upon the financial side of the issue in question, it is about the model of transition to the duality of pedagogical education. The content of methodological disciplines is mastered by students on the basis of the employing organization. Cooperation agreements are signed: with the representative of the employer, student and higher education organization, which stipulate the rights and responsibilities of all parties. Each student is assigned a teacher-mentor, who introduces the student to the corporate culture of the profile organization, provides the acquisition of professional skills, participates in the assessment of learning outcomes. Conclusions. To organize the transition stage of dual training it is necessary to review the content of practical classes, to determine the responsibilities of a teacher-mentor, to build a system of career guidance work with high school students.

The problem of handling solid municipal waste, which is formed during the life of a modern person, is becoming more and more urgent every day. The growth of consumption in modern society entails an increase in the formation of waste, which must no longer be stored, but subjected to recycling or recycling for further use. The solution of this problem, in addition to the technical and organizational component, is possible by forming a culture of solid municipal waste management (hereinafter MSW) among the population, that is, the formation of an ecological culture. The article describes the implementation of the social project “Organization of environmental education and formation of environmental culture of the younger generation in the field of solid municipal waste management” of the Transbaikal State University. During the implementation of the project, the level of environmental culture of schoolchildren was studied by testing in accordance with age. The developed educational and educational program, which includes a set of measures for training and environmental education of general education organization students, helped to motivate them to properly handle waste and form a responsible attitude to nature. Diagnostics formation level of the ecological culture of the younger generation allowed us to state the presence of a problem, namely, the insufficient (low and average) formation level of the ecological culture of general education organization students. Environmental classes and actions allowed students to form an idea of the problems of waste disposal, as well as their understanding of the need for separate collection and recycling of waste. Environmental education of the younger generation has changed their attitude to the problem of separate waste collection and contributed to the formation of environmental consciousness. Keywords: environmental education, environmental culture, younger generation, municipal solid waste, waste management

Objective: Lifelong learning (LLL) has lately attracted significant attention from the society in general, universities and corporations in particular. For the case of Vietnam, the Government has pledged to create a Lifelong Learning Society. A number of initiatives have been launched to help achieve this goal, including the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Centre for Lifelong Learning (SEAMEO CELLL) and "Book Day", a day dedicated to encouraging reading and raising awareness of its importance in the development of knowledge and skills. Lifelong learning (LLL) programs are also being adopted at libraries, museums, cultural centers, and clubs in Vietnam. In addition to the effort done by the Vietnamese government, a number of non-governmental, non-profit organizations and educational institutions have started to take action to encourage literacy and lifelong learning. It can be said that education and educational reforms are always the top concern of each country. This study is to investigate about lifelong learning of community with 4 aspects: (1) Learning Competencies; (2) Learning Contexts; (3) Learning Contents and (4) Learning Goals as well as examining the differences in the opinion about lifelong learning between categorical variables. The second purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between an individual's perspective on lifelong learning and their actual learning capacity, as well as learning motive. Methods: The paper deploys primary data collecting from 270 people in different sectors and different occupations. Standard statistical techniques such as mean analysis, OLS multivariable analysis are used to find the answer for proposed hypotheses. Results: Using a sample of 270 respondents varying in age, gender, and employment status, the authors found that there are differences on the attitudes towards lifelong learning, the motivations and skills needed for this “journey”. Conclusion: From the findings, researchers proposed recommendations to promoting and fostering lifelong learning of community with the case of Vietnam.
