Abstract. High rocky slope is an open complex giant system with contradiction among different influencing factors and coexistence of qualitative and quantitative information. This study presents a comprehensive intelligent evaluation method of high rocky slope safety by an integrated analytic hierarchy process, extension matter element model and entropy-weight to assess the safety behavior of the high rocky slope. The proposed intelligent evaluation integrates subjective judgments derived from the analytic hierarchy process with the extension matter model and entropy-weight into a multiple indexes dynamic safety evaluation approach. A combining subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation process, a more objective manner through avoiding subjective effects on the weights and a qualitative safety assessment and quantitative safety amount are presented in the proposed method. The detailed computational procedures were also provided to illustrate the integration process of the above methods. Safety analysis of one high rocky slope is conducted to illustrate that this approach can adequately handle the inherent imprecision and contradiction of the human decision-making process and provide the flexibility and robustness needed for the decision maker to better monitor the safety behavior of high rocky slope. This study was the first application of proposed integrated evaluation method to safety assessment of high rocky slope, which also indicated that it can also be applied to other similar problems.

Abstract. A high rocky slope is an open complex giant system for which there is contradiction among different influencing factors and coexistence of qualitative and quantitative information. This study presents a comprehensive intelligent evaluation method of high rocky slope safety through an integrated analytic hierarchy process, extension matter element model and entropy weight to assess the safety behavior of the high rocky slope. The proposed intelligent evaluation integrates subjective judgments derived from the analytic hierarchy process with the extension matter model and entropy weight into a multiple indexes dynamic safety evaluation approach. A combined subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation process, a more objective study, through avoiding subjective effects on the weights, and a qualitative safety assessment and quantitative safety amount are presented in the proposed method. The detailed computational procedures were also provided to illustrate the integration process of the above methods. Safety analysis of one high rocky slope is conducted to illustrate that this approach can adequately handle the inherent imprecision and contradiction of the human decision-making process and provide the flexibility and robustness needed for the decision maker to better monitor the safety status of a high rocky slope. This study was the first application of the proposed integrated evaluation method in the safety assessment of a high rocky slope. The study also indicated that it can also be applied to other similar problems.

The comprehensive evaluation of AC/DC hybrid microgrid planning can provide reference for the planning of AC/DC hybrid microgrids. This is conducive to the realization of reasonable and effective microgrid planning. Aiming at comprehensive evaluation of AC/DC hybrid microgrids, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for planning of AC/DC hybrid microgrids. This paper combines the subjective evaluation method with the objective evaluation method, and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of AC/DC hybrid microgrid planning based on analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method. Finally, the validity and rationality of the evaluation method are verified by an example.

Increasing traffic volume and insufficient road lanes often require municipal roads to be reconstructed and expanded. Where a road passes under a bridge, the reconstruction and expansion project will inevitably have an impact on the bridge. To evaluate the safety impact of road engineering projects on bridges, this paper evaluates the safety of the roads and ancillary facilities of highway bridges involved in municipal road engineering projects. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the safety factors of municipal roads undercrossing existing bridges, a fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process (AHP) evaluation method for the influence of road construction on the safety of existing bridges is proposed. First, AHP is used to select 11 evaluation factors. Second, the target layer, criterion layer, and index layer of evaluation factors are established, then a safety evaluation factor system is formed. The three-scale AHP model is used to determine the weight of assessment indexes. Third, through the fuzzy comprehensive AHP evaluation model, the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the safety assessment index system. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the engineering example of a municipal road undercrossing an existing expressway bridge. The comprehensive safety evaluation of the existing bridge reflects the practicability and feasibility of the method. It is expected that, with further development, the method will improve the decision-making process in bridge safety assessment systems.

In order to evaluate coaches, this paper established the model of comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, I establish the hierarchical structure of the system; Secondly, for researching the influence of time line horizon in analysis, I divided coaches into several groups by their career time and calculated the weights of indicators of each group using entropy weight method; Finally, calculate the weight between the criteria layer and objective layer. Female coach data is difficult to find, so I select 100 college basketball male coach data. Put the data into model and get a score. The score showed the final result which can give us a sort of reasonable coach list. This model can reduce the influence of different time periods for evaluation of the coach.

China is a water resource-poor country, in recent years, rapid population growth resulting in water issues have become increasingly prominent. Taking Anhui Province as an example, using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and combining the analytic hierarchy process evaluation analysis of water resources carrying capacity. Firstly, establishing the evaluation criteria of the index system of regional water resources carrying capacity and individual indicators, calculating evaluation index weight, establishing the weight fuzzy matrix, using Vague set and analytic hierarchy process method to determine the weight vector.Secondly, compositing a fuzzy matrix of weight values after obtaining the value of the weights of the various indicators, calculating the degree of membership, establishing the fuzzy relation matrix, fuzzy subset into a comprehensive evaluation model, and seeking the comprehensive evaluation value .Finally, determining the level of sustainable use of water resources in the specific area based on the principle of maximum degree of membership . After the evaluation are analyzed and compared in order to elaborate the evaluation method is feasible and effective.

Taking Hangzhou cigarette factory as an example, this paper establishes a key performance index system through integrating the balanced scorecard (BSC) and key performance index (KPI). The index system includes the first-level and 13 second-level indicators in four dimensions of finance, customers, internal processes, as well as learning and growth. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it constructs an evaluation model of key corporate performance, finally achieves the actual performance levels of the enterprise, as well as puts forward the improvement suggestions. This evaluation method mainly includes the steps of determining the domain of evaluation factors at all levels, determining the evaluation level, determining fuzzy weight vectors of various indexes, establishing the fuzzy relation matrix and calculating comprehensive evaluation results. It has high accuracy in the process of performance evaluation, which has certain reference and guiding significance for improving the comprehensive competitiveness.
