The short line match-cast method of precast segments has proved to be the most versatile and reliable way to concrete bridge construction. The success of match-cast method relies heavily on accurate geometry control in precasting as the scale of adjustments during erection is very small and difficult to implement. So the required levels of accuracy in segments match-casting are stringent in order to assure erection accuracy. Therefore, the research on segments match-casting and geometry control technique of space distorted segments are very important.Based on the principle of match-casting using the short-line method, the geometry control technology of transition curve section in cross-sea bridge erected by precasting segment girder is proposed. As an example of south approach spans in north branch of Xia-zhang Cross-sea Bridge, this paper will provide a reference for the construction of similar bridges.

Based on the example of the No.4 Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, the construction technics of precasting segmental girders by short-line is introduced. And the way of plant deformation monitoring as well as the establishment of horizontal and vertical construction control network in the precast plant are expatiated on. In addition, the measurement techniques during the installation of the fixed-mold, unfixed-mold, lineshape control techniques of the segmental girders, as well as the error correction theories during precasting process are discussed in particular. The short-line is successfully applied to the No.4 Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, which shows its practical value in precasting segmental concrete bridges.

The paper takes self-developed great aqueous inking oil formulated into screen-printing aqueous ceramic ink under glaze color of once firing as the breakthrough point to choose proper decal paper and the best paper structure. It adopts modern screen-printing technology and searches new production process of ceramic decal under glaze color to solve some problems, such as the uselessness of fine lines, the mistakes of the short line, fault ink and color problem during delicate screen-printing and appliqué, and the defects of injury of glaze during appliqué, and to research new and high-grade screen-printing ceramic decal paper under glaze color of once firing.
