This study aimed to determine strategic agility impact on employees’ performance in commercial banks in Jordan. A self-administrated questionnaire was developed according to research objective and hypotheses. The research population consisted of all managerial employees in Jordanian commercial banks. A random sample was selected consisting of 250 staff members who have senior administrative and supervisory positions in the commercial banks. Statistical techniques were used to test the research hypotheses. The research concluded a set of outcomes, the most important is strategic agility with its dimensions have an impact on employee performance in the commercial banks in Jordan. The research also concluded that strategic agility dimensions (strategic sensitivity, core capabilities, clarity of vision, strategic goals information technology selection, and share responsibility) influence on employee's performance in commercial banks in Jordan. The study recommended that commercial banks in Jordan have to adopt strategic agility approach to improve their employee's performance. The commercial banks must exert their best efforts to rapidly adapt to surrounding environmental variables. Commercial banks have to pay attention to human capital, which plays a major role in achieving good performance.

The practice of mock bank is an institutional arrangement to expose potential bankers to basic rudiments of banking operations with the ultimate aim of increasing the profitability of the organization through employee performance. This study assessed the impact of mock bank practices on employee performance in the banking sector as a panacea for repositioning the Nigerian economy with a specific focus on Union Bank Plc. The objective is to examine the contributions of operational experience to staff, ascertain the impact of professional ethics on commercial banks in Nigeria and identify the contributions of knowledge of organizational structure on the operations of commercial banks. T-statistics was used to test the three hypotheses. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between experienced, knowledge of job ethics, and organizational structure by employees before recruitment and performance at the workplace when compared to those recruited before training. Further results revealed that employees that had mock bank experiences perform better with less supervision. It was recommended that reinforcement of mock bank practices in tertiary institutions in Nigeria and allotment of higher credit units to mock bank practice should be encouraged.

Ethical behavior is a very important fact for the success of any organization because it influences its relations with numerous stakeholders for making certain the success of a business. This paper attempts to examine the impact of ethical behavior on employees’ performance in Nepalese commercial banks. Descriptive research design has used to identify characteristics, frequencies, trends and categories of the impact of ethical behavior on employee performance and causalcomparative research design has also used to ascertain and understand the directions, magnitude and forms of the observed relationship between ethical behavior and employees’ performance. Self-administered structured questionnaires were distributed to a total of 810 respondents (30 respondents of each 27 commercial banks) but only 575 usable responses are collected and has used to analyze the data. Employees’ performance is dependent variable and respect, teamwork, reward and punishment, racial discrimination, leadership style, discipline and corruption are independent variables. It is found that respect, teamwork, reward and punishment, leadership style and discipline have a positive impact on the performance of employees, and however, racial discrimination and corruption hurt employee’s performance in Nepalese commercial banks. This study uses the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method to estimate the technical efficiency index of 34 Vietnamese commercial banks in the period 2007-2015, and then it analyzes the impact of income diversification on the operational efficiency of Vietnamese commercial banks through a censored regression model - the Tobit regression model. Research results indicate that income diversification has positive effects on the operational efficiency of Vietnamese commercial banks in the research period. Based on study results, in this research some recommendations forpolicy are given to enhance the operational efficiency of Vietnam’s commercial banking system.
