The paper describes communication solutions used in small arms training system “Snieznik”. Some types of network topologies are presented with their detailed description and examples of deployment. The paper de-scribes various ways of communication be-tween simulators and the system and the rating of links in regard of topology. The system used for communication of mobile simulators with “Snieznik” is described in detail. System’s basic functions are presented and differences between its upgraded and basic versions are specified.

PT PTPN IV (PTPN IV) as one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) has made the transformation, including in terms of human resource management. This is reflected in a transformation program which has been launched by the Board of Directors PTPN IV, namely: human resources as the most important asset that must be transformed into a level of qualification that is recognized universally, in the aspects of competence, capability and integrity. To increase knowledge (knowledge), skills (skills) and attitude (attitude) to fit the demands of the post, periodically HR should be given education and training means that the education and training of human resources is an investment that can be interpreted by issuing a number of funds. Evaluation of training can be used as a measuring tool to help identify and analyze the training benefit significantly, demonstrating clear returns for the company, as the basis for evaluation of the training system during this time so that it can be improved in order to contribute to the training of the company. Significant changes occur on the competence of the ex-trainee aircraft operator on duty at the boiler palm oil mill PT PTPN IV, after they followed the training. This is evident from the average value of the competence of the former participants of the training changes are relatively high at 4.27 (good category) of the three domains of competence studied, the greatest changes occur is on the domain of skills of participants increased quality of the work with a score of 4, 44 followed by Attitudes that increased motivation with a score of 4.40, respectively. Return on Training Investment (ROTI), obtained BREAD value of 420%.Keywords: Return on Training Investment (ROTI), training, education, evaluation.

This article is devoted to the need for innovative approaches in the training system for television. The intensive development of television and multimedia technology, in particular, optical technologies in telecommunications, has been observed in recent decades, this opens up new opportunities for the creation and organization of television production and has a direct impact on television content. In light of this, it seems that television journalists, directors, cameramen and other representatives of the creative professions on television need to have professional knowledge of modern television technologies. And vice versa, it is advisable for technical specialists to get a general humanitarian training and understanding of the nature of mass communications. This will ensure the comprehensive and harmonious development of all segments parallel to the television industry. Analysing the methodologies testing the service small arms on aspects concerning their usefulness for testing simulators of the small arms, a conclusion can be made that some parts of these testing methodologies cannot be used as a specificity of gun simulator operation differs from the operation of service gun. Particular weapon simulators are made on the basis of the service weapons being in the service and for this reason the remaining methodologies for testing the service weap-ons have been already applied and the weapon meets all parameters specified in these methodologies. Nevertheless, after depriving the service weapons of some usable features and adapting them for simulated shooting within a training system some testing methodologies suitable for the simulator have to be studied and selected.
