One of the key design issues for distributed systems is to find proper planning and coordination mechanisms when knowledge and decision capabilities are spread along the system. This contribution refers holonic manufacturing execution systems and highlights the way a proper modeling method - Petri nets - makes evident certain problems that can appear when agents have to simultaneously treat more goals. According to holonic organization the planning phase is mainly dependent on finding an appropriate resource allocation mechanism. The type of weakness is established by means of the proposed Petri net models and further proved by simulation experiments. A solution to make the holonic scheme avoid a failure in resource allocation is mentioned, too.

This paper studies the CGF behavior modeling method in Agent-based TBM combat simulation system, which focuses on the decision-making behavior and combat behavior of CGF Agent. Agent entities are divided into three levels, and a three-level organizational structure of Agent has been established. To reflect the relationship between attack and defense, we establish a BDI model based on rival model to track the status of rival Agent and do real-time response. Finally gives the realization method of TBM combat simulation system.

This paper introduces a new product modeling method: MAPMNM(Multi-Agent Based Product Modeling for Networked Manufacturing) based on analysing the requirements of product modeling. The method offers a unified product master model and distributed domain models to alliance enterprise based on network by using web service and the agent technology of AI domain. Firstly, the paper gives the framework of the MAPMNM.Secondly, it elaborates on the web services, the architecture and running menchanism of the domain agent in MAPMNM.
