This research is review of purpose like soft enclosing structures made of different types of awning material: structural (construction of awning materials, solid (stretching and rupture) and lighting engineering (light transmission, light reflection). These researches are shown in following: graphs, tables, shorts. The prospect of development this type of construction is reviled on domestics and foreign examples of awning material. Results of studies are presented in the form of graphs and tables on the study of physical and mechanical properties of domestic tent materials and a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the use of these materials in tent structures.

The efficient utilization of resources and effective functioning of farms in most cases dependent from the size of land plots allotted to them the research found. This research scientifically justifies the reduction of number of farms from 6,693 to 2,465 in Bukhra region using the economic and mathematical methods. Comparative analysis of indicators for the neighboring Khorezm and Ferghana region is conducted using the case method, and foreign experience in this area (Holland, France, USA, Italy) has been studied. Several factors have been researched and econometric models have been developed (using the multifactor function) to establish the most suitable average size of land prolts for Bukhara region (which is 60-70ha).

It has great significanceto conduct comparative analysis on wind load criteria at home and abroad forimproving anti-wind load capacity of the structure. A brief overview of Chinese,American, European and Australia wind load design codes of structure ispresented in this paper. The difference among these wind load codes, theadvantages and disadvantages of Chinese related standards are pointed out.Through comparison of wind load standard between Chinese code and otherstandards, through learning from foreign experience about the determination ofwind load criteria, improvement of wind load of electrical equipment andstandard revised recommendations are provided.

Abstract Globally, buildings account for at least 39% of CO2 emissions and more than 50% of resource extraction and solid waste production. Therefore, any transition to carbon neutral buildings must be paired with new resource sensibilities and a shift from linear models of material consumption to continuous material use within a circular economy. Prospecting the (urban) anthropogenic mine represents an essential step towards circular construction and requires a robust methodology for data collection and interpretation. This paper presents a comparative analysis of survey methods, evaluated by parameters of time, accuracy, equipment, and labor to determine the ability of each tool in providing the necessary data to activate the existing built environment as a material resource. Chosen methods span from on-site manual and analog surveys to off-site digital technologies on a variety of case study scales. In all cases, the output’s data format (sketch book, images, mesh or point cloud outputs) can be cumbersome to process with CAD and BIM software, increasing time to results and limiting the technology’s potential, introducing the call for a new generation of survey tools specifically addressing the needs of deconstruction and salvage in circular construction.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of factoring application in Russia and in foreign countries. In Russia factoring only recently began to develop actively and enjoy popularity among the organizations carrying out the activity in trade. With regard to foreign experience, the use of factoring is growing rapidly in Western Europe, USA and Asia. Also in this paper the dynamics of factoring services in Russia for the period of 2010-2017 is analyzed. Studies show a decrease in factoring services, due to the fall in consumer demand, which forced companies to reduce production volumes, which led to a decrease in trade turnover. On the basis of comparative analysis of Russian and foreign experience the main problems of factoring application in trade in Russian conditions are revealed: imperfection of regulatory framework, instability of Russian economy, unfavorable financial and investment situation in the markets of financial products. Despite the problems and shortcomings of this financial instrument, it has prospects for development, which are associated with the stabilization of external economic factors, the exchange rate and increasing the resource availability of financial institutions.
