According to the implementation approach of "National University Student Physical Health Standard" all college students have to carry out physical health standards and are tested annually. The test of college students physical health is a comprehensive assessment of college students' physical health status from the body shape, physical function, physical fitness and other aspects. Through studying and analyzing the test data of application of the physical health of college students,we know that we can learn the physical health of college students more objectively from the data and the data can also fully reflect the physical health of college students. It can specify the correct direction of the physical education and provide a valuable reference for the implementation of education reform.

In this article, some factors of the college students in Qingdao city are analyzed, such as basic situation, physical index scores, test scores, grades and the test of time and place, and personnel information, and the organization structure. The organization and arrangement of research and pilot testing staff, before the test and specific publicity notice the test group and the division of grades of reporting and summary, achievement upload and publicity, and supplementary work arrangements for some students, filing and management performance upload the test results of check and review work form are studied. To explore a suitable mode for the majority of college students physical health test data collection and management, to meet the standard of students' physique test data collection and management, achieve the aim that exploring a real, scientific, efficient and reasonable test data acquisition and management mode.

With the continuous development of China’s cultural industry, people’s health has become one of the topics of the highest concern. Therefore, all the application models of physical health test data in the actual analysis have become the current research focus and trend direction of healthy constitution. This paper summarizes the significant problems in the analysis of physical health test data, through the comprehensive analysis and investigation of physical health test data, combined with the measurement of the test indicators, through the analysis and processing system of youth physical health data, the use process of national youth group physical health standard data management software, and decision tree intelligent algorithm in physical health. The research steps of test data analysis and application model summarize the application characteristics of physical health test data in the application process. Based on this, a decision tree intelligent algorithm is proposed, and the corresponding functions and optimization formulas of the algorithm are substituted. In the process of actual sample checking calculation, each weight range and corresponding errors are inferred and analyzed by combining examples. This paper summarizes the application model and optimization model of health test data analysis based on decision tree intelligent algorithm. Through the repeated test of the research data, the feasible area and application scope of the algorithm are obtained, and the practical optimization scheme and application ideas under the algorithm are obtained.

Abstract. Test validation based on usual statistical analyses is paradoxical, as, from a falsificationist perspective, they do not test that test data are ordinal measurements, and, from the ethical perspective, they do not justify the use of test scores. This paper (i) proposes some basic definitions, where measurement is a special case of scientific explanation; starting from the examples of memory accuracy and suicidality as scored by two widely used clinical tests/questionnaires. Moreover, it shows (ii) how to elicit the logic of the observable test events underlying the test scores, and (iii) how the measurability of the target theoretical quantities – memory accuracy and suicidality – can and should be tested at the respondent scale as opposed to the scale of aggregates of respondents. (iv) Criterion-related validity is revisited to stress that invoking the explanative power of test data should draw attention on counterexamples instead of statistical summarization. (v) Finally, it is argued that the justification of the use of test scores in specific settings should be part of the test validation task, because, as tests specialists, psychologists are responsible for proposing their tests for social uses.
