Свищи желудочно-кишечного тракта являются наиболее тяжелым осложнением различных оперативных вмешательств на брюшной полости, несущим угрозу для жизни больного. На сегодняшний день прямокишечные свищи являются одной из часто встречающих заболеваний в структуре хирургических заболеваний. Затрагивает данная патология в среднем пациентов в возрасте 30-50 лет, что обуславливает социально-экономическую значимость данной проблемы. На основании изученных исследований и метаанализов, мы можем сказать, что не разработан «золотой стандарт» лечения сложных прямокишечных свищей без осложнений. A gastrointestinal fistula is the most severe complication of various surgical interventions after abdominal surgery, posing a threat to the patient's life. To date, rectal fistulas are one of the most common surgical diseases. This pathology affects on average patients aged 30-50 years, which determines the socio-economic significance of this problem. Based on research and meta-analyzes, we can say that there is no "gold standard" for the treatment of complex rectal fistulas without complications.

Rectal fistula – one of the most common coloproctological diseases. Annually, thousands of patients with anal fistula have had treated around the world. Treatment of this disease is an actual problem in coloproctology nowadays due to the high frequency of recurrence and anal incontinency. The chronic persistent perianal suppuration and multiple surgical interventions the main predictor of emergence of the anal incontinence, which could be achieve almost 50 %, according the literature data. The risk of emergence the anal incontinence is particularly high in the treatment of complex fistulas. Therefore, the problem of complex rectal fistulas treating remains an actual task in the clinical practice of a coloproctologist.

Summary. The use of mini-invasive technologies for the treatment of rectal fistula prevents many postoperative complications. Complete excision of the rectal fistula is not the only important result of treatment. Ensuring a high quality of life for patients is also very important. The proposed methods of surgical correction are a significant addition to the list of existing operations. Objective. To compare and analyze the results of the treatment patients with anal fistula by using standard techniques, the modified method LIFT and excision anal fistula with biowelding. Materials and methods. A retro- and prospective study of the surgical treatment of 90 patients with uncomplicated transsphincteric anal fistula using different techniques from September 2018 to February 2020 was conducted. Results. The introduction of these methods has shown a decrease in the number of relapses. This was achieved by combining complete excision of the fistula tract and minimal damage to the sphincter complex. Conclusion. The use of combined methods of surgical treatment of rectal fistula has significant advantages over standard techniques.
