TERMS OF CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE DECISION TO INITIATE A CRIMINAL CASE AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

The article points out the need to determine the permissible time limits for appealing the decision to initiate a criminal case and the time limits for its consideration. The problems arising in connection with the absence of a fixed time limit for appealing the decision to initiate a criminal case are highlighted. Conclusions by establishing a maximum term of appeal said decision and a maximum period of adjudication of the said complaint. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of problems related to the terms of appeal in court against the decision to initiate a criminal case, and in the formulation of proposals for their solution. The terms of filing a complaint against the decision to initiate a criminal case, as well as the terms of their consideration, are proposed. The opinion on the need to grant the right to the court to make specific decisions on the results of the consideration of this complaint in order to exclude repeated consideration of similar complaints by the court is substantiated. It is indicated that it is inadmissible to appeal against the decision to initiate a criminal case on the fact of committing a crime.

President of the Court of Appeal

As with the President of the Court of Appeal, the President of the Court of First Instance is elected by all judges of the Court of First Instance for a term of three years. Only full-time judges can be elected (arg ex Art 14(1) UPC Statute). The President may be re-elected twice, thus the maximum term of office is nine years. HASHTAG AND HIGHEST SCORED TERMS FOR EXPANDING QUERY

Communicating in short messages, such as using microblogs, was becoming more popular currently. Twitter https://twitter.com supports microblogs and retrieval of the blogs by users. To retrieve Twitter documents, we need specific strategies due to its specific characteristics. One new strategy for improving the effectiveness of twitter document retrieval is using the query expansion technique. This paper elaborates query expansion in twitter document retrieval by using the hashtag. We compared the effectiveness of query expansion in four different scenarios: the baseline result using no query expansion, highest scoredterm in terms of frequency-inverse document frequency (tfidf), maximum hashtag occurance, and combination of the highest scored-term and the maximum hashtag. The results show that the combination of the maximum term in tfidf and the maximum hashtag performs better in retrieving relevant documents than the baseline.

Growth Estimates of Composite Entire Functions in the Light of Slowly Changing Functions Based Relative Order, Relative Type and Relative Weak Type

In the paper we prove some growth properties of maximum term and maximum modulus of composition of entire functions on the basis of relative L*-order, relative L*-type and relative L*-weak type.
