Control of electrical equipment using this mobile phone is a tool used by humans to make it easier to do work done over and over again, such as turning off / turning on the lights at a distance. This tool is made to make it easier for us to control the lights of the house, if left far away, the media used is a mobile phone by utilizing SMS facilities. This tool consists of one Arduino UNO for storing programming and as a system brain, SIM800L V2 for receiving and sending SMS to simcard numbers, Relay for turning off / on lights, 16x2 LCD to display predetermined words such as when sending SMS or when turning on the system, a piece of breadboard to connect some jumper cables to make it look neat, and the lights. This light control system will work according to a predetermined program, then this microcontroller will receive an SMS from the cellphone number used to control the system. In this study, the discussion is a house light control system with SMS gateway.

AbstractGeneralized fear is one purported mechanism of anxiety that is a target of clinical and basic research. Impaired fear discrimination has been primarily examined from the perspective of increased fear learning, rather than how learning about non-threatening stimuli affects fear discrimination. To address this question, we tested how three Safety Conditioning protocols with varied levels of salience allocated to the safety cue compared to classic Fear Conditioning in their impact on subsequent innate anxiety, and differential fear learning of new aversive and neutral cues. Using a high anxiety strain of mice (129SvEv, Taconic), we show that Fear Conditioned animals show little exploration of the anxiogenic center of an open field 24 hours later, and poor discrimination during new differential conditioning 7 days later. Three groups of mice underwent Safety Conditioning, (i) the safety tone was unpaired with a shock, (ii) the safety tone was unpaired with the shock and co-terminated with a house light signaling the end of the safety period, and (iii) the safety tone was unpaired with the shock and its beginning co-occurred with a house light, signaling the start of a safety period. Mice from all Safety Conditioning groups showed higher levels of open field exploration than the Fear Conditioned mice 24 hours after training. Furthermore, Safety Conditioned animals showed improved discrimination learning of a novel non-threat, with the Salient Beginning safety conditioned group performing best. Airlines on average spend 10%-15% of their total operating cost on aircraft maintenance checks. Many airlines conduct their light checks in-house. These checks are inherently very labor intensive. This study offers a mathematical model to help airlines with scheduling their in-house light maintenance checks to achieve a high and even utilization of manpower among all hangars. The model attempts to minimize the utilization imbalances by assigning light maintenance checks, during their feasible time-windows, to available and certified hangars on daily, weekly and monthly. It incorporates daily flight schedule, maintenance requirements for each fleet type, certification and availability of manpower at each hangar. Furthermore, the model highlights the utilization imbalances and thus provides some guidelines in terms of increasing/decreasing manpower capacities at each hangar. The model is applied to 3 US and 2 European airlines with encouraging results.

Human herpesvirus 7 is a highly seroprevalent β-herpesvirus that, following primary infection, remains latent in CD4+ T cells and determines a persistent rather than a latent infection in various tissues and organs, including the lung and skin. This paper describes the development of an in-house light upon extension real-time PCR assay for quantification of human herpesvirus 7 DNA in clinical samples. The efficiency, sensitivity, specificity, inter- and intra-assay variability, and dynamic range have been determined. Subsequently, the assay has been validated by evaluating the human herpesvirus 7 load in bronchoalveolar lavages and skin specimens, chosen as 2 persistency sites, from healthy and pathological individuals. The real-time PCR assay developed in this study could be a useful tool to detect and quantify human herpesvirus 7 DNA in different clinical specimens to elucidate its epidemiological and pathogenic roles.
