Cooperatives are one of the business units which purpose is to help the economy of small and medium-sized communities. One of the cooperatives in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia is KPN Kapur Warna. The routine business unit managed by KPN Kapur Warna is for savings and loans. So far, the savings and loan process is still done manually, including determining the eligibility of members to receive loans. Determination of the eligibility of members is carried out less objectively, by only looking at the profile of participants in general and the decision-making process is only carried out by one person, namely the chairman of the cooperative. The process that has been carried out so far has often resulted in wrong targets, namely providing loans to members who are not appropriate, resulting in bad credit or delays in paying monthly installments of participants. Therefore, we need a group decision support system that can help solve the above problems. In this study, a group decision support system was made using the AHP, TOPSIS and BORDA methods using five main criteria. The AHP method is used to determine the priority value for each criterion and the TOPSIS method is used to rank each alternative. Each decision maker performs the same process with the two methods, and then voting is carried out using the BORDA method of combining assessments for different decision makers. This study succeeded in providing a reference in determining the eligibility of which members are entitled to receive loans from cooperatives, with results that are more subjective and can help cooperatives in their work efficiently.

The current paper deals with the design and development of a web-based group decision support system for the evaluation and selection of research projects. The paper involves the analysis of the system’s requirements, the definition of its functional structure, the development of an algorithm for the evaluation and ranking of research projects, the development of a related database and of a user interface along with the writing of the business logic of the system.

This paper presents the process and impact of the application of a group decision support system (GDSS) in the reform of post-Bologna graduate and postgraduate study programmes in two higher education institutions in Slovenia. Four experiments with four groups including both students and staff were performed. We have used the GDSS tool TeamWorks to organize, moderate and document meetings intended to develop possible answers to the question "How can we improve the content and execution of the study programmes?" The obtained results are to be used in the design of new study courses. Analysis of the idea gathering process dynamics represents important information for researchers in the field of group decision-making process dynamics. In addition to the experimental work the structure of a group decision support process is described and guidelines for the further development of tools and methodologies are presented.

This article is devoted to the problem of decision making under uncertainty. An aggregated approach is used that combines optimization and choice of a solution, which makes it possible to obtain a more realistic solution. The criteria in the vector optimization problem are: profit, product quality, employee satisfaction. To solve the optimization problem, 3 methods were used: "Goal programming", "Interactive", "FMOLP". The task of group decision making is implemented on the basis of the package FGDSS-CD (Fuzzy group Decision Support System).

In the present study, the research problem concerns business intelligence, more precisely collaborative decision-making. The authors propose a complete modeling of a multi-agent active environment for the design of a multicriteria group decision support system dedicated to the spatial problem of localization in territory planning. The proposed model is called ActiveGDSS (Active Group Decision Support System) which uses a coupling between a geographic information system and a multi agents system and is endowed by a new negotiation protocol based on the concession allowing reaching to a consensus which satisfies the territorial actors. The main purpose is to integrate the principle of contextual activation in the modeling of the system which makes the environment an active entity. The main advantages of contextual activation are efficiency gain in terms of execution, better flexibility and reuse of agent behaviors.

Lecturers have the roles, tasks and responsibilities to realize the goals of national education. To achieve these national education goals professional lecturers are needed. So it is necessary to evaluate the lecturer so that in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in line with what is required in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers. In carrying out the correct assessment, the assessment is carried out by the right party who can contribute to a good assessment. So the proposed 360 Degree concept. This study uses the concept of a group decision support system (GDSS) as a data processing method with 3 evaluators, namely superiors, students, and fellow lecturers. The group decision support system developed in this study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Borda method for group decision making. AHP method is used to determine the criteria weights for each alternative. The Borda method is used for combining the ranking results obtained by each decision maker so as to get the final ranking and get a score for each alternative. The criteria used include: Personality, Pedagogik, Social, and Professional. The results of this study using the AHP and Borda methods can be as expected with an accuracy rate of 20%.

In the present study, the authors propose a group decision support system (Web-GDSS), which allows multi-agents systems and multicriteria analysis systems to help decision-makers in order to obtain a collective decision, using web services. The proposed system operates on two main stages. First, decision-makers are in a different location away from each other. They must store their location in databases and invoke the appropriate web service. Second, in the case of negotiation between decision-makers, monotonic concession protocol will lead to an agreement using CONDORCET and BORDA voting methods.
