Kebutuhan akan minyak nabati (kelapa sawit) semakin meningkat, hal ini diisyaratkan dengan terus bertambah dan berkembangkan perusahaan-perusahan yang mengolah minyak kelapa sawit di Indonesia terkhususnya di area kota Dumai. Oleh karena itu kualitas harus benar-benar terjaga agar produk dapat bersaing dengan baik di pasar dagang dunia. Dari uraian diatas penulis melakukan peelitian pada produk turunan dari CPO yang berupa produk RBDPO (Refined Deodorized Palm Oil), Olein dan Stearin, dimana paramameter yang penulis gunakan ialah FFA (Free Fatty Acid) dari ketiga produk turunan kelapa sawit tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan  tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode peta kendali  dan R. Dengan menggunakan metode peta kendali  dan R maka akan didapat nilai batas kendali atas nilai tengah dan nilai batas kendali bawah. Hal ini untuk mengetahui apakah sampel pada RBDPO (Refined Deodorized Palm Oil, Olein dan Stearin berada dalam batas peta kendali kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan metode  dan R semua sampel RBDPO, Olein dan Stearin berada dalam batas peta kendali setelah dilakukan peta revisi sebanyak 3 kali untuk RBDPO dan Olein, 2 kali untuk produk Stearin dengan jumlah sampel yang berbeda-beda.

The article presents the developed simulation model of an oil refinery. The feature of model is the use of agent-based and discrete-event modelling methods. Another feature is applying heuristic optimization technique to find the best values of key production and resource characteristics of oil refinery equipment interacting within the framework of a complex production scheme to build a refinery plant that provides a deep refining level. At the same time, the objective function of the system is the profit of refinery plant, which takes into account both the sale revenue of petroleum products and operating expenditure. The proposed model is implemented in the AnyLogic system and allows, in particular, maximising the profit of refinery plant at various restrictions, including the volumes of petroleum products supplies required to perform contractual obligations at specified times.

In 2005, a 60 kt/a alkylation (ALK) unit began to resume production in the Second Oil Refinery Plant of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company. There have been many leak cases from pipeline welds, valve body, flange, etc. After a half-year period of operation, production process is stable. However, the operation of the hydrofluoric (HF) acid ALK unit has been suffered from corrosion problems. There are no clear answers and references to the following problems. What types of corrosion are currently in the main equipment for HF acid ALK unit? What does cause equipment corrosion? What are the main influencing factors for corrosion? What measures can be taken to reduce the corrosion of HF acid? In this paper, considering the acid-related conditions of the ALK unit, the damage mechanism and damage rate analysis were carried out to calculate the safety risk of the static equipment of the ALK unit. Based on the damage mechanism and failure history, the material suitability of the ALK unit was investigated. The anti-corrosion measures and recommended materials for important corrosion parts of the ALK unit were proposed. It is meaningful for reducing the number of shutdowns of ALK units and maintaining safe and stable operation of the unit.

This article is devoted to the problem of decision making under uncertainty. An aggregated approach is used that combines optimization and choice of a solution, which makes it possible to obtain a more realistic solution. The criteria in the vector optimization problem are: profit, product quality, employee satisfaction. To solve the optimization problem, 3 methods were used: "Goal programming", "Interactive", "FMOLP". The task of group decision making is implemented on the basis of the package FGDSS-CD (Fuzzy group Decision Support System).
