The intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of steel defects plays an important role in improving steel quality, production efficiency, and associated smart manufacturing. The application of the bio-inspired algorithms to mechanical engineering problems is of great significance. The split attention network is an improvement of the residual network, and it is an improvement of the visual attention mechanism in the bionic algorithm. In this paper, based on the feature pyramid network and split attention network, the network is improved and optimised in terms of data enhancement, multi-scale feature fusion and network structure optimisation. The DF-ResNeSt50 network model is proposed, which introduces a simple modularized split attention block, which can improve the attention mechanism of cross-feature graph groups. Finally, experimental validation proves that the proposed network model has good performance and application prospects in the intelligent detection of steel defects.

With the advent of the big data era and the rapid development of the Internet industry, the information processing technology of text mining has become an indispensable role in natural language processing. In our daily life, many things cannot be separated from natural language processing technology, such as machine translation, intelligent response, and semantic search. At the same time, with the development of artificial intelligence, text mining technology has gradually developed into a research hotspot. There are many ways to realize text mining. This paper mainly describes the realization of web text mining and the realization of text structure algorithm based on HTML through a variety of methods to compare the specific clustering time of web text mining. Through this comparison, we can also get which web mining is the most efficient. The use of WebKB datasets for many times in experimental comparison also reflects that Web text mining for the Chinese language logic intelligent detection algorithm provides a basis.

When the unmanned vehicle is disturbed by the outside world or carries out dangerous actions such as steering and continuous lane changing, the yaw stability of the unmanned vehicle decreases and the dangerous situation such as rollover is easy to occur. In this paper, the intelligent detection method for roll stability of unmanned vehicles based on fuzzy control is studied. The roll control system of the unmanned vehicle based on a double-layer control strategy is designed. The roll stability of the unmanned vehicle is controlled by an upper-layer fuzzy controller and lower-layer differential braking control. The dynamic model and tire model are built in MATLAB/Simulink to restore the running characteristics of unmanned vehicles. Based on the operation characteristics, the roll stability of the unmanned vehicle’s roll control system based on fuzzy control is tested from three aspects: steady-state response, roll stability and dynamic stability coefficient. The experimental results show that the transverse load’s transfer rate of the proposed method is reduced by more than 0.2% compared with the contrast method, the yaw angular velocity, centroid’s roll angle and roll angle measured under the two working conditions are closer to the actual values, which shows that the method has better control effect and detection accuracy.

The tractor-trailer-train at the braking process prone to braking instability caused by asynchronous braking between the shafts. With respect to the lack of intelligent detection of Braking Time Sequence (BTS), a non-contact dynamic detection scheme of intelligent vehicle BTS is proposed. Based on the monocular vision principle, the edge markers of tractor-trailer train tires are identified, and the tire slip rate is solved. The noise reduction of the collected image is processed. The marker area is obtained by Blob analysis. This region at the image to be matched is identified by the template matching algorithm based on contour. The camera is calibrated by Zhang’s calibration method. In order to verify the effectiveness of the detection scheme, the real vehicle test was carried out. The test results show that the error of slip rate solution is below 4.2%.
