In this letter, we study a scenario based on degenerate unmixing estimation technique (DUET) that separates original signals from mixture of FHSS signals with two antennas. We have shown that the assumptions for separating mixed signals in DUET can be applied to drone based digital signage recognition signals and proposed the DUET-based separation scheme (DBSS) to classify the mixed recognition drone signals by extracting the delay and attenuation components of the mixture signal through the likelihood function and the short-term Fourier transform (STFT). In addition, we propose an iterative algorithm for signal separation with the conventional DUET scheme. Numerical results showed that the proposed algorithm is more separation-efficient compared to baseline schemes. DBSS can separate all signals within about 0.56 seconds when there are fewer than nine signage signals.

The purpose of this study is to design a business model that generates profits by developing eco-friendly convergent products. This study proposes a new concept of solar signage in the digital signage system that helps carbon emission reduction. This study developed a solar signage business model using the eco-science methodology specialized in manufacturing servitization. Following the ecosystem platform service strategy (EPSS) framework of eco-science optimized for convergent industry service design, this study implemented service derivation, convergent ecosystem definition, and business model development. The developed business model was evaluated by 10 experts in the field. The business model obtained 43 points, which exceeded the standard commercialization decision cutoff of 35 points. This study’s results imply that the business model is developed from an integrative perspective and defines the convergent industry ecosystem, a convergent knowledge service methodology, in digital signage. Moreover, through the business model, the perspectives on technological development can be expanded and the model can play an important role in carrying out new industry commercialization based on convergent technologies.

Audience attention is vital in Digital Signage Advertising (DSA), as it has a significant impact on the pricing decision to advertise on those media. Various environmental factors affect the audience attention level toward advertising signage. Fixed-price strategies, which have been applied in DSA for pricing decisions, are generally inefficient at maximizing the potential profit of the service provider, as the environmental factors that could affect the audience attention are changing fast and are generally not considered in the current pricing solutions in a timely manner. Therefore, the time-series forecasting method is a suitable pricing solution for DSA, as it improves the pricing decision by modeling the changes in the environmental factors and audience attention level toward signage for optimal pricing. However, it is difficult to determine an optimal price forecasting model for DSA with the increasing number of available time-series forecasting models in recent years. Based on the 84 research articles reviewed, the data characteristics analysis in terms of linearity, stationarity, volatility, and dataset size is helpful in determining the optimal model for time-series price forecasting. This paper has reviewed the widely used time-series forecasting models and identified the related data characteristics of each model. A framework is proposed to demonstrate the model selection process for dynamic pricing in DSA based on its data characteristics analysis, paving the way for future research of pricing solutions for DSA.

STMIK AUB Surakarta telah memanfaatkan media website sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi. Namun dalam lingkungan internal masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan menempel lembar pengumuman pada papan informasi yang tersedia, masih banyak informasi atau pengumuman yang harus disampaikan dengan cepat, informatif dan up to date, seperti informasi proses belajar mengajar, agenda atau kegiatan di jurusan, maupun informasi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan layanan konvensional dan statis melalui papan pengumuman. Informasi yang diberikan menggunakan lembaran yang ditempelkan di papan informasi yang tersedia. Dengan cara ini tentu akan memboroskan kertas dan biaya, karena hanya digunakan sekali saja, setelah pengumuman itu kadaluarsa, lembaran informasi tersebut tidak berguna lagi dan dapat memberikan kesan kotor pada papan bekas tempelan selembaran kertas pengumuman tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyampaikan segala informasi tentang STMIK AUB Surakarta secara menarik, informatif, dinamis, dan real time. Peneliti memberikan solusi dengan menggunakan Digital Signage sebagai papan informasi digital yang dapat menyajikan informasi secara up to date, informatif, dinamis, dan menarik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat Digital Signage dengan menggunakan Android TV Box sebagai media pemutar konten yang berupa gambar, video, dan text, serta LCD TV sebagai tampilan layarnya. Untuk TV yang sudah Smart TV tidak memerlukan perangkat Android TV Box. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Digital Signage dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi pada STMIK AUB Surakarta. Digital Signage dapat menyampaikan informasi secara up to date, informatif, dinamis, dan menarik. Digital Signage dapat menyampaikan informasi secara real time tanpa perlu menunggu dalam jangka waktu yang lama.
