A case report of a healthy, immunocompetent male,an international traveller from Germany who had visited India for a short trip, presented at our OPD with a history of loose stools, fever and abdominal pain, for two months. After thorough investigations, he was diagnosed to have an infection withGiardia lambliaacute gastroenteritis (AGE) along witheosinophilic ascites with peripheral eosinophilia, withassociatedPlesiomonasshigelloidesdiarrhoea. He was then treated with metronidazole and cotrimoxazole, which resulted in complete resolution of the symptoms.

In Stavro, the first opening piece of Kyra Kyralina (published in 1923), the narrative focuses on the actions taken and the reactions shown or concealed by three male characters in alternation, with particular emphasis on gender, age, and experience. In between traditionally built sections and ample back-storytelling, the story addresses the key learning stances adopted by the three male characters at the end of a short trip that they complete together: reserve, reclusion and (self-)reflection. How does a modernist vision frame one’s identity against age, common social norms and openly manifested repression in small urban neighbourhoods? Can one protagonist’s understanding about his sexual orientation be genuinely shared with others? In what way does Stavro’s personal experience alienate his prospects of family life in the port of Br?ila? This paper aims to decode the narrative based on modern confession, continuity versus fragmentation, sexuality and modes of memory alter(n)ation.

In this note I will review some queries / discussions as self reference which are frequently asked about Covid19 . The patients found can be isolated as symptomatic as well as asymptomatic with Positive Covid testing . The initially the infection starts from Influenza like illness ( ILI ) – themost common Flue / Dry Cough / Extreme tiredness etc ....etc . Infection is spreading virulently within Five days of Contamination in general ,from throat to lungs . Negligence at the early stage of detection will definitely cause a Pneumonic infection resulting SEPSIS or simply death . So this pandemic virus is oscillation the Global communities in between life and death .

Today 3D Scanning of existing assets is a well-known tool to generate a reliable foundation for an engineering project. With 3D scans exact dimensions and positions of existing equipment, piping, cable trays and others can be measured and the data can be read as interfering edges when modelling new equipment with a 3D tool. However, the data generated during scanning can provide a much more extensive benefit for the operation of a plant, if prepared in an appropriate way. With an intelligent link of the scanned data with the information of Virtual Plant Asset Management, an all-embracing virtual plant can be generated. Within such a virtual plant, the for various purposes required information can be consolidated from different tools for engineering, operation, maintenance, etc. and be displayed instantly and vividly for the operator. As a result this ensures the on-time availability of any information to take decisions everywhere in an existing plant and thus shortens the time for decisions etc. Integrating 3D scan data into a Virtual Plant Asset Management requires only two main steps and the required infrastructure is well known and easily available on the market without high effort.

From Basque descent and growing up in the Philippines, Fred Elizalde was an advanced composer and orchestra leader. He had worked in the USA and was familiar with the quality of its dance music and jazz, which he wanted to bring to London and then develop further. He managed to get a contract with the Savoy Hotel, London's top hotel, and in order to fulfil his ambition he hired Americans including Rollini and Bobby Davis. Rollini was featured on most of Elizalde's records, both with the full orchestra and with a jazz band, sometimes using American arrangements. The public's reaction was generally positive, but the band's broadcasts were not always well received. Elizalde defendedhis approach to his management and with initial success. During a short trip home Rollini marries Dixie. His popularity among British music lovers grows further and Melody Maker, a major magazine, asks him to write articles about his music.
