The availability of office stationery is very important to make the required work smooth. In order for ATK management to be handled properly, an application is needed to manage ATK inventory data using a technology-based information system so that it becomes a complete information system. The method used by the author in conducting this research is the Waterfall model system development method starting from the specification of user requirements, planning, modeling, and coding. The method of specification of user requirements includes interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies. The planning method includes the tasks to be carried out including the risks that may occur and the work schedule. Modeling methods include the design of flow documents, DFD, data dictionary, and ERD. The coding includes a program designer with the VB.Net programming language with SQL Server 2008 database and application testing using black box testing, namely this test is intended to determine whether the functions, inputs and outputs of the software are in accordance with the required specifications. To simplify reporting and recording so that errors do not occur, it is necessary to design and implement a system that can facilitate inter-related functions within the company by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (VB.Net) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. With the implementation of this system, it is expected will be useful for the company in its operations in the future.

Research connected with studying of efficiency assessment possibility of system operation simple model using its general model parameters and establishing of operation general model objects as efficiency formula`s formal signs is presented in the article. To conduct research, model of controlled system was created, structure of which is implemented as software product. Peculiarity of this model is possibility of carrying out experimental study, as result of which it is possible to detect changes in parameters of number of system operations under different control regimes. As result of research, it was established that it is impossible to make comparative assessment between operations, which conducted in different control regimes, applying quantitative characteristics of input and output operational process parameters. During creation of converting class system model structure, concept of operation reduction to its simple general model has been used. Model of program designer provides integration of cost parameters of input and output products by means of which, opportunity for efficiency determination of operations, functioning at different control modes is investigated. Analysis of operational process estimation results has shown that operation general model objects are formal signs of operations efficiency formula. Different modes of optimum control to which have pointed extrema of several indicators have revealed absence problem systemically reasonable verification method of applied estimated indicators regarding their use as optimization criterion. Practical importance of this research is that using presented program designer of controlled system and cybernetic approach allow apply results of research on all types of controlled systems. It promotes the optimization issue solution in finding of optimum mode of executive systems functioning and obtaining maximum economic effect of enterprise.

Building on Hussain et al.’s (2012) analysis of Triathlon Canada’s constructivist-informed coach education program from the perspective of the program designer, this case study explored the structure and initial implementation of the program, as well as coaches’ perspectives of their journey to certification. Through a series of document analyses and interviews with the inaugural group of coach participants (N = 4), strategies for the application of constructivist principles are presented and discussed in relation to the coaches’ perspectives and coach development literature. More specifically, through its innovative use of learning activities and formative evaluation and assessment strategies, the program is shown to place considerable emphasis on coaches’ biographies, refection, and representation of learning. Finally, recommendations for coach educators are presented.

Hardware-in-the-loop simulation model of AMT of heavy duty commercial vehicle is built in this paper. The testing methods of TCU underlying and control layer are brought up and a corresponding test case is added based on actual needs. This paper provides an effective testing method for a TCU program designer to modify control strategies.
