Nostalgia is a complex affective state with a strong cognitive component focussed on past autobiographical memories. This complex nature of nostalgia is discussed in the literature but there are scarce empirical observations of state nostalgic processes. In this study, the operational process of nostalgia is explored by the use of two types of stimuli—indirect (instructions) and direct (music)—with a sample of 285 participants (18–35 years old) in a mixed-method experimental design. Nostalgia was observed in terms of its operational process (reaction time, duration, intensity and variation), the characteristics of the recalled event (event type and contents), and the nature of the nostalgic experience (its phenomenology, affect and motivation). The studied parameters of all three nostalgic components were found to vary with the stimulus that triggered it. The study shows that nostalgia is not a constant phenomenon but depends on the conditions that give rise to it.

Abstract Over the past decade, business operations in organizations are increasingly generating vast amounts of data. This steep increase in operational data – often known as big data – is a result of organizations capturing data at more fine-granular levels in business operations. Leveraging operational big data to improve business operations can create a sustainable competitive advantage to organizations. In this paper, we argue that operational big data is ”dead data” unless it is contextualized and made actionable for line-of-business users. Moreover, we explain how organizations can use SAP Operational Process Intelligence and the power of HANA to first, contextualize operational big data for real-time operational intelligence, second, provide line-of-business users visibility into business operations and business situations as they evolve and third, propose appropriate actions to respond to these business situations and help them reach business outcomes.

Nowadays, ports are in need to maximize their incomes, and this based on the fierce competition. For this reason, all ports stakeholders should be involved to contribute in the design and the development of a policy of scheduling and priority. This project owned by the Vessel Call Service Planning Service in the port of Tanger Med as the "Tanger Med Port Authority", and it output was to report the summarized the work done and the methods behind it.The main goal is to develop a simulator model that includes all kind of operations and the operational process by choosing the appropriate KPIs that are fully reflecting the congestion transferred by port vesselsFirst, it aims to define the operating assumptions and the fundamental concepts on which our simulation model will be based and to present the data that were used for the implementation of the simulation as well as the origin of these data.Secondly, it aims to validate and calibrate the model by presenting some improvements that could be made to the simulator in order to make it more precise and more representative and to ensure automation of the processing of inputs and outputs. While towards the end we conclude with the presentation of congestion situations, the results obtained and their use in decision making.AIS data is another factor has been added to help in getting best results, this helped in vessels planification in/out predictive process while automating the use of our simulator with the AIS Data receipt from SatelliteThis part of project is in to give the smart aspect to our simulator results by using smart technology.

Excessive patient waiting time at dispensing pharmacies is attributed to workflow inefficiencies that are difficult to isolate. The objectives of this study are to quantify current operational process and delay times and also to identify bottlenecks that lead to excessive waiting time at the pharmacy unit of primary health clinics in Temerloh district. A multicentre observational cohort study was conducted at a Pharmacy Unit of Bandar Mentakab Health Clinic (KKBM), Temerloh Health Clinic (KKT) and Tanjung Lalang Health Clinic (KKTL). Stopwatch technique was applied for all four operational procedures (greeting, data entry, filling and dispensing) based on workflow analysis. Data collection forms were used to identify factors and their impact on process time. Major components causing long waiting times were found in delay segments. Significant time delay occurred before greeting at KKT; before data entry at KKBM, KKT and KKTL; and before dispensing at KKTL. Among factors found affecting process segment in data entry include presence of intervention and psychotropic substances in the prescription. Filling process was found to be delayed by the presence of more than three items, cold items, intervention and psychotropic substances in the prescription. In addition, dispensing process was found to be delayed by errors in data entry and filling. This study identified several common bottlenecks and isolated issues specific to each pharmacy unit of three health clinics that lead to excessive operational process and delay times in pharmacy dispensing process. This approach laid a solid base to spearhead future optimisation strategies to improve efficiency and shorten waiting time.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine working capital requirements and optimization of working capital at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The form of research used is descriptive and uses secondary data obtained from PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's 2015-2019 financial statements and other sources obtained from literature studies by studying books and journals that are related to the problem under study. The results showed that (1) PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's need for working capital in 2016-2019 tends to increase. When compared with the available working capital (current assets), PT Unilever Indonesia is experiencing a lack of working capital to finance the company's operations. This lack of working capital will certainly cause PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk to experience liquidity problems, which is the inability to pay short-term obligations on time. Companies will seek credit as a source of funds in order to increase the fulfillment of current assets wealth needs in order to buy raw materials and even pay for employee salaries and other expenses. (2) PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's optimal working capital in 2015-2018 tends to increase. The real working capital that is in the company is not optimal where the real working capital is not the same as the optimal working capital obtained. Real working capital less than optimal working capital will hamper or disrupt the smooth production or operational process because the company lacks funds. Even though the existing real working capital is not optimal, the amount obtained is not much lower than the optimal working capital.  Keywords: working capital management, workong capital requirements, optimization of working capital.
