In comparison with national manufacturers, distributors have an advantage in providing wellknown brands and might receive financial or information support by foreign manufacturers in marketing campaigns in the local market. At the same time distributors have a lack of independence in producing and pricing policies, so they are limited in the tools for reducing the costs of production and increasing the profitability of sales. Nevertheless, distributors, as well as other companies, are focused on increasing their economic efficiency. Based on the study of the activities of the company «SK Energy», the authors identified the characteristic problems associated with the implementation of foreign trade operations. Their overcoming is mainly focused on decreasing the costs associated with the transportation of goods to the territory of the Russian Federation, reducing currency risks that limit the ability of the importing company to increase competitiveness in the local market due to the price factor. The authors propose ways to solve the identified problems, confirmed by estimates of the economic efficiency of imports based on actual data on the foreign-trade transactions of «SK Energy» and calculated values, considering the possible implementation of such measures. Considering the specifics of «SK Energy» business, it is identified the possible ways to increase revenue through changes in the company's sales policy and in the conditions of cooperation between the distributor and the foreign manufacturer. The results obtained are sufficiently general and can be used in different industries by commercial organisations that are already engaged in import activities, as intermediaries between foreign producers and consumers on the national market, or only plan to develop an international direction.

Based on the change in the color of an organic dye – rhodamine B, on the surface of concrete under the action of ultraviolet radiation, a theoretical and experimental assessment of the photocatalytic activity of concrete was carried out. Photocatalytic activity was calculated using the obtained coordinates of colorimetry L * a * b *. To assess the performance of the photocatalyst over time, a test was carried out with concrete samples at the age of 7 and 28 days. Titanium dioxide of three types of anatase modification of a foreign manufacturer was used as a photocatalyst in the study. It is shown that the introduction of titanium dioxide into concrete promotes self-cleaning of its surface. The values of discoloration of the dye on the concrete surface were obtained depending on its composition and on the time of exposure to ultraviolet radiation. It was determined that the value of the specific surface area of titanium dioxide affects the photocatalytic activity. It is noted that with the age of concrete samples, there is a noticeable decrease in phototransformation. It was also found that the high specific surface area of titanium dioxide allows it to exhibit its photocatalytic properties over time.

Analysis has been carried out and the results have been generalized for the implementation of Reman programs concerning the renewal of components of leading world companies — manufacturers of harvesting and agricultural equipment. The Reman programs include the following stages: receipt of used units, assemblies and parts; inspection of their status, renewal of them at manufacturer enterprises; sales to consumers.

Renewable energy has two environmental externalities: one is the positive externality as an alternative to fossil energy consumption; the other is the negative externality with its production process consuming fossil energy. If the domestic renewable energy products export to foreign country with not only generating but importing renewable energy, what the environmental policy of both domestic and foreign governments should be? To this end, this paper establishes a renewable energy trade model of the two countries having only one firm for each other. Under the Cournot competition, the results show: first, if the two governments have no cooperation, the best environmental policy for domestic government would be taxation, but not necessarily the Pigouvian tax; foreign government not only impose on foreign manufacturer equal to pollution marginal damage, but also subsidize it over the marginal revenue of renewable energy; Second, if the two governments cooperate, the joint pollution tax is Pigouvian tax equal to the marginal damage of total pollution emissions, while joint subsidy is higher than the marginal revenue of total renewable energy.
