This review means to depict the investigation of visual learning styles as far as critical thinking capacity of understudies' two-variable direct condition framework at MTS Negeri 3 Mempawah. The examination strategy utilized is enlightening subjective as contextual analyses. The subjects in this study were class VIII students at MTS Negeri 3 Mempawah. The number of students who were used as research subjects were 38 students who had studied the material for a two-variable system of linear equations. In this study, six students were selected consisting of two students who had SPLDV Problem Solving Ability in terms of high, medium, low learning styles. The object of this exploration is Visual Learning Style as far as Critical thinking Capacity. In light of the aftereffects of information examination, meetings and conversation, it can be concluded that Analysis of Visual Learning Styles Judging from the SPLDV Problem-Solving Ability of MT.S Negeri 3 Mempawah Students" shows that students' problem-solving abilities are relatively balanced with learning styles. As a rule, understudies who have high numerical critical thinking capacities have great visual learning styles, understudies with moderate critical thinking capacities have great visual learning styles, understudies with low numerical critical thinking capacities have great visual learning styles.

The study explored perceptions on the usage of Turnitin Plagiarism checking software among the staff of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) in Ghana. The research sought to explore the associations between the independent variables (Attitude and Perception, Perceived Challenges and Readiness to Use) and the dependent variable (System Usage) of the Turnitin Software among the staff of KTU. The survey adopted the quantitative research approach. Google forms were used to design questionnaires and mailed to the participants. The response rate valid for analysis was 98.7%, against a sample size of 309 participants. SmartPLS3 software was used to explore the data extracted from google forms. The results of the convergent, discriminant validity calculation were all within the satisfactory threshold. Four hypothetical statements were tested, three of them showed significant association with the independent variables (Attitude and Perception, Perceived Challenges and Readiness to Use) and dependent variable (System Usage) except System Awareness which was not supported and rejected. The proposed model explained 66.7% invariance of the System Usage (Turnitin Software). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguii pengaruh variable system pengukuran, sistem penghargaan, TQM, interaksi TQM dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja dan interaksi TQM dengan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja managerial PT. Telkom Sumatera Utara, penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dari penelitian Narsa dan Yuniawati (2013), Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survey. Responden adalah senior manajer dan staf dengan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dari total populasi 90 orang. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa gagal menolak Ho5, artinya interaksi sistem penghargaan (X2) dengan TQM (X3) pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan lima hipotesis lainnya terbukti. Kata kunci: TQM, sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan ,dan kinerja manajerial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh system informasi akuntansi dan customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank BNI Syariah cabang Cakranegara Mataram. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 responden nasabah Bank BNI Syariah Cakra Negara Mataram. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sampling insiden. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer, yaitu jawaban responden dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan. Metode pengolahan data menggunakanan alisis regresi berganda. Pengujian statistic dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan uji F. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada variable system informasi akuntansi dan customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract In this article, we consider an often overlooked model that combines mediation and moderation to explain how a third variable can relate to a risk factor–psychopathology relationship. We refer to it as moderation and mediation in a three-variable system. We describe how this model is relevant to studying vulnerability factors and how it may advance developmental psychopathology research. To illustrate the value of this approach, we provide several examples where this model may be applicable, such as the relationships among parental externalizing pathology, harsh parenting, and offspring psychopathology as well as between neuroticism, stressful life events, and depression. We discuss possible reasons why this model has not gained traction and attempt to clarify and dispel those concerns. We provide guidance and recommendations for when to consider this model for a given data set and point toward existing resources for testing this model that have been developed by statisticians and other methodologists. Lastly, we describe important caveats, limitations, and considerations for making this approach most useful for developmental research. Overall, our goal in presenting this information to developmental psychopathology researchers is to encourage testing moderation and mediation in a three-variable system with the aim of advancing analytic strategies for studying vulnerability factors.

The article is devoted to a range of theoretical and practical issues affecting current trends and trends in teaching Russian as a foreign language, taking into account the resource potential of the information and communication environment. The author reveals the methodological potential of visualization as an effective tool for the formation and improvement of speech skills and in the teaching Russian as a specialty language, realized with the use of visualization technology through a variable system of educational tasks.
