Six-axis motion platforms have a low contraction height and a high degree of freedom. First of all, the designed six-axis crank arm platform, including the motor, reducer, crank arm, link, platform support arm, and upper and lower platforms, can be designed for different bearing requirements. Secondly, it uses a coordinate transform and kinematics theory to derive each motor rotor angle. A set of platform data acquisition (DAQ) monitoring modules was established, and the LabVIEW programming language was used to write measurement software. The monitoring items include displacement, speed, and acceleration, which can be displayed on the screen and recorded by an industrial computer in real time and dynamically. Then, an RS-485 or RS-232 communication transmission interface was used to provide the control system with the related movement information. Finally, an industrial computer combined with a motion control card was used as a control kernel to realize the control algorithms, internet module function, I/O write and read signals, firmware integration, and human–machine interface message. The experimental results validate the appropriateness of the proposed method.

A multi joint robot control system was designed based on the universal processor PC+DSP in order to overcome the shortcomings of the control system in terms of flexibility, cost performance, and software transplantation, which use Industrial Personal Computer for the upper monitor and MAC Motion control card for the lower computer. The design of multi joint robot control system is accomplished through hardware circuit design, VC++ programming and so on. Finally, six joint robot platform is used to test the control performance, The results show that the designed control system has the advantages of flexible function, easy expansion and easy porting of software.

In view of the mask projection stereolithography of rapid prototyping technology, the hardware system of the mask exposal forming machine is constructed of a carriage, a resin tank, stepping motor, ball screw and other components. And its working principle is introduced. Based on googol motion control card, software control system is developed in VC6.0 environment, provides a human-computer interactive platform for operators. And the experiments show that the system can run reliably.

Researched the virtual-actual integrated technology based on the computer simulation test, 3-D NC test platform was mentioned using ′PC+Motion controller′as the core. In the VC++6.0 environment, the MFC series and the GT motion controller dynamic link library was used to realize multi axis linkage control function and 3-D NC control system software was developed. The “” vector control strategy and the SimPowerSystem module library was used to establish the system simulation of PMSM vector control model, Matlab software and InTouch software were used to realize the virtual simulation and associated debugging for control system and mechanical transmission system, the feasibility of numerical control testing platform was verified .

Design the mechanical structure of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the modular design method, and the three-dimensional mechanical structure model is created out using Pro/E; design the control system of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the open CNC system theory, the control structure takes PC and motion control card method, and the control software is developed by Visual C++ 6.0. Finally the automatic equipment has been developed which has advantages of automatically processing, high precision and low price.
