The lack of sufficient legal regulation of relations associated with the use of artificial intelligence and robotics is associated with the conceptual lack of resolution of the basic issues underlying modern models of legal regulation for anything: about the concept and general status of the phenomenon to be settled. With regard to the research topic, this translates into questions about the concept and legal personality of artificial intelligence. These questions represent a kind of logical metaphor: in order to start modeling the legal personality of artificial intelligence, we must first define its concept; and the legal concept of artificial intelligence will be formulated differently depending on whether we consider it as a subject or an object of law. The authors investigate the technical, moral and legal aspects of the problem concerning the status and understanding artificial intelligence, and draw conclusions about the basic conditions for the legal regulation of this area.

Pancreatoblastomas are unfrequent tumors usually found in children. We report two cases of metastatic pancreatoblastomas observed in young women. A systemic chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX regimen) was associated with a disease control in one case and a partial response in the second with an improvement of general status for both. A high-throughput sequencing of the tumor described in both cases alteration in the Wnt/β-catenin pathway: a mutation in CTNNB1 (exon 3, c.110C>G, p.S37C, reported as a hotspot in COSMIC) in one case and a homozygous loss associated with breakage targeting APC (5q22.2) in the second.

The present essay aims at tracing the critical debate developing in the 1970s in Italy around so-called Pittura analitica (Analytic Painting), while identifying Filiberto Menna and Giorgio Cortenova as two of the most relevant critical voices of the time. It also aims at clarifying such a label, inviting readers to rethink traditional categories and chronologies while reassessing the general status and role of the painting medium.

With the strategy of rural revitalization, the ancient traditional villages need urgent attention for rebirth.
