Leadership in the title describes the attitudes and abilities of a person who is selected with competence and Christian character based on theological studies, so as to be able to support constructive service fields. Nowadays the productivity review and leadership principles are often absent to fill the fundamentals that remain true to theological ground because of the wide range of experiential product offerings.  However, the product is at a distance, then the equilibrium curve is inversely proportional and there is a weak understanding of the theological basis, so that it loses the authority and spiritual competency due to no longer relying on the Bible, as a result constructive service becomes sloping.  This paper aims to systematically describe the capacities and capabilities of leadership in the context of constructive service to the people, so that the framework as well as the sketches that have been presented in this paper is able to answer the crisis and friction surrounding leadership. This research approach uses descriptive, literary and exegetical methods, which means explaining by investigating various related literatures and then analyzing it word for word to extract the hidden meanings of the text and context.

Background: We designed the online Spiritual Competency Training in Mental Health (SCT-MH) program to train providers across mental health fields in basic religious and spiritual (RS) competencies. The goal was to help address the professional training gap in RS aspects of multicultural diversity and integration. We hypothesized that providers completing the program would demonstrate an increase in attitudes, knowledge, and skills relevant to RS issues in mental health care. Methods: The SCT-MH program, offered online through the edX platform, consists of 8 hours of multi-media content. 169 participants across a broad range of mental health disciplines completed a pre- and post-training survey, which evaluated their spiritual competency using measures assessing their attitudes, knowledge, and skills in the intersection of RS and mental health. We also collected qualitative data to evaluate participants’ levels of satisfaction with the content and format of the program. Results: Participants showed significantly increased spiritual competency in all measures of attitudes, knowledge, and skills following their participation in the course. Participants reported high satisfaction with both the content and the online format of the training program, and a decrease in perceived barriers to integrating RS in practice. Conclusions: These results demonstrate that a brief, novel online training program can help address the current gap between the clinical need and professional requirements for spiritual competency and the general lack of graduate training in this area of multiculturalism. Suggestions for how this program and others like it can be integrated into graduate education and impact clinical care are discussed.

In the article I would see into the ‘priest of han’ as a theme which Nam-dong Suh, one of the fathers of the Minjung theology, has developed, and suggest how he has made a creative and critical encounter with the shamanistic hanpuri. First, I examine in the first step how influential the shamanism is still in Korean society. In this connection I would investigate briefly how the shamanism is incorporated in Korean Protestantism. Second, I explain han and hanpuri in the context of Korean shamanism. Third, I analyze how the Minjung theology has employed the themes of han and hanpuri. Lastly, I give some suggestions about a spiritual formation for the ministry. From the Christian encounter with the shamanism I draw a few consequences. First of all, I suggest that Christian minister should learn something from the attitude of shamans towards the weak and oppressed. They have “a special predilection for the weak and oppressed” (I. M. Lewis) and are ready to be in solidarity with others in suffering. Of course, Christian minister need not to suffer the initiation sickness like shamans, but they must be trained to attain a spiritual competency to sympathize and to be in solidarity with the little people in suffering. Second, I think that the church should be earnest to the priesthood of han. It is not just the duty of the minister. The priesthood of han should be reinterpreted from the perspective of the priesthood of all believers.
