Cubesat BDOT Control Modelling-Detumbling and Angular Momentum Management

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the uses of magnetic torquers on a CubeSat. This is focused on tuning the gain value of a B-DOT controller for the Detumbling of the ESSENCE CubeSat. This was tested with a converged rate value of 0.05deg/secs as the criterion over 15 orbits; with each simulation having a total of 20 runs. The matrix chosen for the gain value was tested to ensure it was feasible regardless of a change in the initial tumbling rate, settling time and slight command errors. The Appendix shows sample test results for this model. The second magnetic torquer use which was to have a gain tuning was the momentum dumping. the control law was a variant of the B-DOT controller focusing on the angular momentum, this was applied to the form of Angular Momentum Management of the CubeSat. Although the overall testing procedure was edited, more tuning is required for the momentum dumping gain value.

ANALISIS KINERJA WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK DENGAN METODE PERFORMANCE INTENSITY

Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Tuban saat ini sedang giat meningkatkan sarana pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, khususnya bagi warga/penduduk yang berdomisili jauh dari pusat perkotaan, salah satunya adalah dengan membangun gedung puskesmas baru di lokasi Desa Prambonwetan Kecamatan Rengel Tuban Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan target durasi proyek pembangunan gedung tersebut, maka pada pelaksanaannya harus dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien sehingga target selesainya proyek sesuai jadwal rencana. Di lain pihak, momentum management memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya karena tidak diperlukan data biaya serta semua data yang diolah dan digunakan dalam perhitungan rumus adalah dengan berbasis waktu. Momentum management dapat memberikan early warning atau peringatan dini agar kontraktor dapat mengambil tindakan lebih dini sebelum kejadian proyek mengalami terlambat yang lebih jauh. Perfomance intensity merupakan salah satu kunci penting di dalam momentum management. Dengan performance intensity dapat diketahui kecepatan kerja tiap periode, durasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek pada saat pelaporan serta dapat menentukan status proyek dan prediksi tanggal selesainya proyek. Hal inilah yang menjadi keunggulan metode performance intensity dibandingkan dengan metode yang lain. Dengan menggunakan metode ini selama 13 periode atau selama 180 hari kalender kerja didapatkan hasil bahwa proyek ini pada awal periode yakni periode ke-1 sampai dengan periode ke-5 mengalami keterlambatan dari yang direncanakan, tetapi di pertengahan proyek berjalan lebih cepat dari jadwal dan dapat menyelesaikan proyek tepat jadwal pada mendekati batas akhir waktu proyek. Berdasarkan prediksi selesainya tanggal proyek pada periode ke-3, proyek diprediksi berakhir lebih dari 180 hari dan dipastikan akan mengalami keterlambatan jadwal dari rencana berdasarkan posisi saat pelaporan tersebut. Kemudian berdasarkan pengamatan pada periode ke-11, proyek diprediksi akan selesai tepat pada 180 hari dan kinerja waktu proyek mencapai ketepatan jadwal sesuai dengan yang direncanakan berdasarkan posisi saat pelaporan tersebut. Managing the capital force impulse of the agrarian enterprise: transfer approach

In the current conditions of globalization and European integration trends, domestic agricultural companies use the transfer pricing mechanism when exporting agricultural products, which on one hand allows owners to increase the efficiency of internal management, and on the other to hide real profits and reflect unprofitable production in financial statements. At the same time, traditional double-entry bookkeeping and financial reporting (including those prepared in accordance with IFRS) are unable to show the real power momentum of domestic agricultural enterprises profitability (their return on capital). This narrows the circle of potential investors when making decisions on the feasibility of investing financial resources in the development of Ukrainian agricultural sector. The purpose of the study is to develop a 3D-form of the Actuarial Report on Capital Force Impulse (3D - ARCFI), which informational content will provide an objective assessment of the capital force impulse of an agricultural enterprise and help to attract investment in its development. The object of the study is the process of actuarial accounting and 3D reporting as information subsystems for controlling the capital power momentum at domestic agricultural enterprises. The research methodology is based on the application of 3D-recording method and classical mechanics methods in displaying information from the actuarial accounting system on 3D-force accounts to develop a model of power momentum management of an agricultural entity return on capital as an alternative approach to transfer pricing based on informational filling of 3D-ARCFI with the help of net profit method. The study results showed dependence of domestic agricultural enterprises investment attractiveness on the qualitative informational filling of the actuarial management reporting in 3D format. The practical value of the results received confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed 3D-model of profit power momentum management within the transfer approach based on accounting-informational basis of 3D-ARCFI, which will contribute to an objective perspective assessment of agricultural companies return on equity power momentum and increase their market investment attractiveness. A surprising formula for the spread of Covid-19 under aggressive management

We propose an algebraic-type formula that describes with high accuracy the total number of detected infections for the Covid-19 pandemic in many countries. Our 2-phase formula can be used as a powerful forecasting tool. It is based on the author’s new theory of momentum management of epidemics; Bessel functions are employed. Its 3 parameters are the initial transmission rate, reflecting the viral fitness and “normal” frequency of contacts in the infected areas, and the intensity of prevention measures at phases 1, 2. Austria, Brazil, Germany, Japan, India, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the USA are considered. For the USA, all states are processed independently and some “interaction” is added; the forecasting software is provided.
