Motion capture technology plays an important role in the production field of film and television, animation, etc. In order to reduce the cost of data acquisition and improve the reuse rate of motion capture data and the effect of movement style migration, the synthesis technology of motion capture data in human movement has become a research hotspot in this field. In this paper, kinematic constraints (KC) and cyclic consistency (CC) network are employed to study the methods of kinematic style migration. Firstly, cycle-consistent adversarial network (CCycleGAN) is constructed, and the motion style migration network based on convolutional self-encoder is used as a generator to establish the cyclic consistent constraint between the generated motion and the content motion, so as to improve the action consistency between the generated motion and the content motion and eliminate the lag phenomenon of the generated motion. Then, kinematic constraints are introduced to normalize the movement generation, so as to solve the problems such as jitter and sliding step in the movement style migration results. Experimental results show that the generated motion of the cyclic consistent style transfer method with kinematic constraints is more similar to the style of style motion, which improves the effect of motion style transfer.

Abstract Background: Acute lumbar sprain is a common cause of acute low back pain. Motion style acupuncture treatment (MSAT; a combination of acupuncture and motion therapy) has been used for patients with acute lumbar sprain, but evidence of its efficacy is inconsistent. The aim of this systematic review with meta-analysis is to determine the effectiveness and security of motion style acupuncture treatment (MSAT) for acute lumbar sprain and to determine whether long-term effectiveness exists. Methods: Eight databases will be searched, including PubMed, SoniMed, Cochrane Library, EMBAS, Springer, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang date, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database from inception to February 1, 2021, will be restricted to English and Chinese. Methodologic quality was independently screened and graded by two blind reviewers using the Cochrane Collaborative bias risk tool. Meta-analysis was performed in at least three studies, and sub-group and sensitivity analyses were conducted when I2>50%. When the quantitative evaluation is not available, we will provide a qualitative description of the results of the individual study.Discussion: The conclusion of this protocol will provide evidence to judge the potential benefits of motion style acupuncture and conduct clinical decision-making for acute lumbar sprain treatment.Systematic review registration: A protocol had been registered in PROSPERO CRD42020192876.

Abstract Principal component analysis has been used to test for similarities in ecology and life habit between modern and fossil birds; however, the two main portions of the hind limb—the foot and the long bone elements—have not been examined separately. We examine the potential links between morphology, ecology, and phylogeny through a synthesis of phylogenetic paleoecological methods and morphospace analysis. Both hind limb morphologies and species’ ecologies exhibit extreme phylogenetic clumping, although these patterns are at least partially explainable by a Brownian motion style of evolution. Some morphologies are strongly correlated with particular ecologies, while some ecologies are occupied by a variety of morphologies. Within the morphospace analyses, the length of the hallux (toe I) is the most defining characteristic of the entire hind limb. The foot and hind limb are represented on different axes when all measurements are considered in an analysis, suggesting that these structures undergo morphological change separately from each other. Early birds tend to cluster together, representing an unspecialized basal foot morphotype and a hind limb reliant on hip-driven, not knee-driven, locomotion. Direct links between morphology, ecology, and phylogeny are unclear and complicated and may be biased due to sample size (~60 species). This study should be treated as a preliminary analysis that further studies, especially those examining the vast diversity of modern birds, can build upon.
