In recent years, big data has become an important branch of computer science. However, without AI, it is difficult to dive into the context of data as a prediction term, relying on a large feature of improving the process of prediction is connected with big data modelling, which appears to be a significant aspect of improving the process of prediction. Accordingly, one of the basic constructions of the big data model is the rule-based method. Rule-based method is used to discover and utilize a set of association rules that collectively represent the relationships identified by the system. This work focused on the use of the Apriori algorithm for the investigations of constraints from panel data using the discretization preprocess technique. The statistical outcomes are associated with the improved preprocess that can be applied over the transaction and it can illustrate interesting rules with confidence approximately equal to one. The minimum support provided to the present rule considers constraint as a milestone for the prediction model. The model makes an effective and accurate decision. In nowadays business, several guidelines have been produced. Moreover, the generation method was upgraded because of an association data algorithm that works for dissimilar principles of the structures compared with fewer breaks that are delivered by the discretization technique.

The Level of Personality Functioning Scale (LPFS) of the Alternative DSM-5 Model for Personality Disorders (AMPD) was formulated to assess the presence and severity of personality disorders (PDs). Moderate impairment (Level 2) in personality functioning, as measured by the LPFS, was incorporated into the AMPD as a diagnostic threshold for PD in Criterion A of the general criteria, as well as for the “any two areas present” rule for assigning a specific PD diagnosis. This study represents the first evaluation of the diagnostic decision rules for Criterion A, in a clinical sample (N = 282). The results indicate that an overall diagnostic threshold for PDs should be used with caution because it may not identify all DSM-IV PDs. The “any two areas present” rule proved to be a reasonable alternative, although this finding should be interpreted with caution because the LPFS does not measure the disorder-specific A criteria.

This article examines the evolution of r. 200(1) of the Alberta Rules of Court, beginning with the first formulation of r. 200(1) in the 1914 Alberta Rules of Court and culminating in its draft form in the Alberta Rules of Court: Test Draft 3. Rule 200(1) allows a party to examine for discovery the employees, former employees, and corporate representative of an opposing party in such circumstances where they have knowledge of the issues between the parties by nature of their employment, without obtaining an order to do so. This article focuses on the present application and interpretation of r. 200(1) by examining the impact of two critical cases on the Rule. Then, the authors undertake a comparison of the present form of the Rule and the new form it will take under the Proposed Alberta Rules of Court. The authors conclude that the proposed Rule contradicts the broad and purposive approach that has been taken to the present Rule by reinstating an additional "best informed" test and adding three additional criteria.

This is a proposal for a complete system for handicapping Distance Racing Yachts using the present NAYRU time allowance tables. It includes measurement, rating and the procedure for correcting ratings before and after races. The objectives and means of judging rating rules are outlined. Faults in the present rule are listed and suggestions for improvements are made. The five major parameters; length, sail area, displacement underbody configuration and weight distribution are explained. The present and proposed rules are compared and the probably effect on existing yachts is discussed.

We have reprinted an address lately given to the Society of Comparative Legislation by Mr. Crackenthorpe, K.C., convinced that it will be of interest to our readers. The Lord Chief Justice stated that he noted a great change as to ideas as to prison treatment during the last few years, and never was the readiness to seek light from all quarters more marked than at present. It is remarkable that the discussion did not deal with responsibility and insanity, a question so often raised in connection with the treatment of criminals. The time is at hand when the present rule must be changed; the inequalities in administration resulting from the judge's answer in the McNaughten case are yearly becoming less marked, and should be swept aside by an authoratative reconsideration of the law in the light of later knowledge.
