In this paper, we establish Galois theory for partial differential systems defined over formally real differential fields with a real closed field of constants and over formally p-adic differential fields with a p-adically closed field of constants. For an integrable partial differential system defined over such a field, we prove that there exists a formally real (resp. formally p-adic) Picard-Vessiot extension. Moreover, we obtain a uniqueness result for this Picard-Vessiot extension. We give an adequate definition of the Galois differential group and obtain a Galois fundamental theorem in this setting. We apply the obtained Galois correspondence to characterise formally real Liouvillian extensions of real partial differential fields with a real closed field of constants by means of split solvable linear algebraic groups. We present some examples of real dynamical systems and indicate some possibilities of further development of algebraic methods in real dynamical systems.

AbstractThe aim of this paper is to investigate the relations among the L-fuzzy pre-proximities, L-fuzzy closure operators and L-fuzzy co-topologies in complete residuated lattices. We show that there is a Galois correspondence between the category of separated L-fuzzy closure spaces and that of separated L-fuzzy pre-proximity spaces and we give their examples.

Abstract This article gives results on fixed complete lattice L-fuzzy pre-proximities, L-fuzzy grills and L-fuzzy filters. Moreover, we investigate the relations among the L-fuzzy pre-proximities , L-fuzzy grills and L-fuzzy filters. We show that there is a Galois correspondence between the category of separated L-fuzzy grill spaces and that of separated L-fuzzy pre-proximity spaces. We introduced the local function associated with L-fuzzy grill and L-fuzzy topology and studied some of its properties. Finally, we build an L-fuzzy topology for the corresponding L-fuzzy grill by using local function.

Recently, fuzzy systems have become one of the hottest topics due to their applications in the area of computer science. Therefore, in this article, we are making efforts to add new useful relationships between the selected L-fuzzy (fuzzifying) systems. In particular, we establish relationships between L-fuzzy (fuzzifying) Čech closure spaces, L-fuzzy (fuzzifying) co-topological spaces and L-fuzzy (fuzzifying) approximation spaces based on reflexive L-fuzzy relations. We also show that there is a Galois correspondence between the categories of these spaces.

We consider compact group actions on C*- and W*-algebras. We prove results that relate the duality property of the action (as defined in the Introduction) with other relevant properties of the system such as the relative commutant of the fixed point algebras being trivial (called the irreducibility of the inclusion) and also to the Galois correspondence between invariant C*-subalgebras containing the fixed point algebra and the class of closed normal subgroups of the compact group.

AbstractThis note corrects an error in our paper “A Galois correspondence for reduced crossed products of unital simple $\text{C}^{\ast }$-algebras by discrete groups”, http://dx.doi.org/10.4153/CJM-2018-014-6. The main results of the original paper are unchanged.
