Information data protection is necessary to ward off and overcome various fraud attacks that may be encountered. A secret sharing scheme that implements cryptographic methods intends to maintain the security of confidential data by a group of trusted parties is the answer. In this paper, we choose the application of recursive algorithm on Shamir-based linear scheme as the primary method. In the secret reconstruction stage and since the beginning of the share distribution stage, these algorithms have been integrated by relying on a detection parameter to ensure that the secret value sought is valid. Although the obtained scheme will be much simpler because it utilizes the Vandermonde matrix structure, the security aspect of this scheme is not reduced. Indeed, it is supported by two detection parameters formulated from a recursive algorithm to detect cheating and identify the cheater(s). Therefore, this scheme is guaranteed to be unconditionally secure and has a high time efficiency (polynomial running time).

ABSTRACT The Early and Middle Bronze Age in the Carpathian Basin is often viewed as a long period of transition from a dispersed form of land occupation to one of increasing aggregation, ultimately resulting in the formation of tell settlements and large cemeteries. This developmental trajectory remains a legacy of early 20th century archaeology, where the similarity of material culture recovered from cemeteries and settlements was used to develop a multi-linear scheme of progression of regional chronologies tied to specific archaeological cultures. While typologically conclusive, the recent increase in the availability of radiocarbon determinations suggests that these sequences represent a priori interpretation of social development rather than empirically verified observations. In order to do so, it is necessary to re-evaluate the existing dataset in order to determine whether the formation of tells was a chronologically contemporary development and whether the regional chronological sequences are supported by independent dating.

Introduction. The ideology and methodology of solving the problem practically posed in modern Russia is discussed: to preserve traditional values in a high-tech modern society. The author substantiates the legitimacy of comparing the current global situation with the situation between the two world wars in the twentieth century and referring to the heuristic potential of the ideas about the essence of technology expressed at that time.Methodology and sources. An attempt has been made to move from a categorical to a conceptual analysis of the interface between the traditional person and the imperative of technological development. A traditional person is described in a postmodern paradigm that configures several analytical perspectives: the “tradition and modernity” interpretation scheme, an individualizing method, a civilizational approach, a historical perspective, Orthodox anthropology, the concept of organ projection, transhumanism and posthumanism. The works of the 20s – early 30s of the XX century are used as sources for the analysis. “Man and Technology” by O. Spengler, “Man and Machine” by N. Berdyaev, “Organoprojection” by P. Florensky. Results and discussion. Examples of interpretation of a traditional person are considered, which allow rethinking the linear scheme “from tradition to modernity”. 1. A traditional person belongs to a distinctive culture. Scientific and technological progress is a product of the Western European cultural type. The enslavement to technology is not a cause, but a symptom of its decay due to a lack of perspective and purpose. 2. A traditional person is a person who is changing, continuing the creation of the world and maintaining a connection with eternity. From the reflections of Berdyaev follows the methodological setting: to treat man at the same time as God and as nature. It has a heuristic significance for the analysis of modern technologies. 3. A traditional person is an ancient, classical person who has yet to be restored in its integrity in synergy with technology, not in piece or elite, but in mass incarnations. The ideas of pairing traditional man and technological growth – cultural identity, connection with eternity, synergy of man and technology in organ projection are considered as guidelines for possible scenarios for the development of modern technologies in the interests of man, alternative to trans- and posthuman projects of improvement or pre- overpowering man based on secular eschatology. A critical analysis of proactive experimental and bioconservative approaches to the development of new technologies is given.Conclusion. A shift in the attention of researchers and practitioners – in education, upbringing, management from traditional methods of social reproduction and personal development to technical improvements of a person – is fixed. Which again makes the question of the normativity of human nature urgent.

The purpose of the investigations is an assessment of filtration calculations of water lowering during construction works and laying engineering communications at the water catchment of the Likhoborka and Zhabenka rivers. There are considered hydrogeological questions of filtration calculations at construction and laying urban and rain sewers on the territory of the Dmitrovskoe highway in the Northern administrative district of Moscow. It is revealed that the main factors affecting hydrogeological conditions in the area of construction of engineering communications is water lowering. The dependences on the estimation of filtration calculations of water lowering in the area of construction of engineering communications are analyzed. Analytical dependences for the scheme of an infinite linear source of perturbation in the infinite layer are proposed and improved. It is established that the average costs are proportionally dependent to the level of water lowering in the water lowering area, and the relationship between average costs, regardless of the calculated linear scheme, is linear. A model for filtration calculations has been developed in Microsoft Excel. The model calculations showed that the maximum decrease in the estimated point of a multi-story non-residential administrative building does not exceed the values of the maximum allowable deformations.

AbstractSecret sharing is an important building block in cryptography. All explicit secret sharing schemes which are known to have optimal complexity are multi-linear, thus are closely related to linear codes. The dual of such a linear scheme, in the sense of duality of linear codes, gives another scheme for the dual access structure. These schemes have the same complexity, namely the largest share size relative to the secret size is the same. It is a long-standing open problem whether this fact is true in general: the complexity of any access structure is the same as the complexity of its dual. We give a partial answer to this question. An almost perfect scheme allows negligible errors, both in the recovery and in the independence. There exists an almost perfect ideal scheme on 174 participants whose complexity is strictly smaller than that of its dual.

AbstractIn this paper, a nonlinear generalized subdivision scheme of arbitrary degree with a tension parameter is presented, which refines 2D point-normal pairs. The construction of the scheme is built upon the stationary linear generalized subdivision scheme of arbitrary degree with a tension parameter, by replacing the weighted binary arithmetic average in the linear scheme with the circle average. For such a nonlinear scheme, we investigate its smoothness and get that it can reach $C^{1}$ C 1 with suitable choices of the tension parameter when degree $m\geq 3$ m ≥ 3 . Besides, the nonlinear scheme can reconstruct the circle and the selection of parameters and initial normal vectors can effectively control the shape of the limit curves.
