Tourism is one of ASEAN's economic leading sectors. In order to improve the quality and mobility of the tourism professional workforce, ASEAN countries established ASEAN-MRA TP as the regional standard form of certification. The implementation of the ASEAN-MRA TP encourages Indonesian workers to obtain certification as proof of competence. However, the Indonesian tourism professional workforce rate is low, compared to the total tourism workforce in general. The culture of personal networking that deeply rooted in the tourism workforce is hampering Indonesian effort in implementing the ASEAN-MRA TP certification norm. By using Cortell A.P and Davis J's theory of domestic salience, this study aims to analyze the government's efforts to internalize the ASEAN-MRA TP certification norms to the domestic level, with the challenges of existing domestic cultures. There are 4 strategic actions taken, domestic institution, domestic interest, rhetoric and socialization forces.

Introduction: despite the fact that Russia is a country in which the majority of the population lives in apartment buildings, the institution of condominium ownership is one of the least developed, both in doctrinal and practical terms, in connection with which the theoretical and practical difficulties arise in the domestic legal order. The solution of such problems is impossible without the search for the root cause, which is the lack of choice of the form of organization of the legal institution, so that the legal regulation cannot be harmonious. Purpose: based on the study of the formation, evolution and unification of the institution of law in foreign countries, to address the problems of the domestic institution of condominium ownership. Methods: the methodological framework for this study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, among which the main ones are the methods of specific historical, historical and comparative, social and legal, as well as the methods of analysis and synthesis. Results: the prerequisites for the emergence of condominium ownership in classical civil law were: the limitation of land as a natural resource, as well as capital for individual construction. The institution of condominium ownership is approved in the countries of continental law in two forms: “real” and “unreal”. In Russia, due to the lack of a long time of progressive development of property law, this institution was formed without taking into account its classical prerequisites, within the framework of privatization processes, which led to the emergence of the problems which are atypical for the European law and order. Conclusions: the domestic legislation tends to the organization of the institution of condominium ownership in the “real” form; however, the modern interpretation of this form entails many legal problems, which clearly indicates the need for its reform.

A family unit needs a good leader to produce quality human resources and better experiences in relationships. A critical analysis in the discourse of the Prophet should be undertaken to discover his showmanship of a great leader in the family. The analysis of hadith discourse in the critical perspective of the language of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) marriage life is still less given attention rather than general analysis of the prophet’s leadership. The purpose of the study is to identify leadership language practices through textual narration and thus, interpret hadith discourse through discursive study to explain the practices. Eleven hadith related by Aisya R.A was selected to show the leadership language during their marriage. An analysis is conducted using Fairclough’s three-dimensional model in critical discourse analysis. The method links between linguistics characters and social practice through discourse practices. Findings discover seven forms of languages being practiced by the Prophet to sustain the marriage and bring happiness to all his wives. The Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was found to use different practices of language according to the context of the situation. Seven practices identified are negational language, assertive language, request language, nonverbal language, figurative language, expressive language and negation, and declarative language. This study is an effective example of the community to build a stronger domestic institution.

This paper discusses determining factors behind Indonesia’s deindustrialization in the post-New Order era. Over time, manufacturing sector shows decreasing contribution to Indonesia’s GDP, while industrial transformation stagnates with limited high-technology exports. Using Linda Weiss’ (1998) Governed Interdependence and Christopher Dent’s (2003) Adaptive Partnership theories, this paper offers political-economy arguments to explain the phenomenon. Internationally speaking, while it is true that neoliberal globalization imposes some restrictions, it is too much to claim the death of industrial policy. Rather, it is the limitation of domestic institutions that is best explained Indonesia’s case. Using automotive, rattan and copper industries as case studies, the argument consists of two parts. First, in post-New Order Indonesia there is insufficient coordination between state and capital (both foreign and domestic). Second, the state in Indonesia lacks sufficient administrative capacity. The paper recommends Indonesia to invest in domestic institution as a means to reindustrialize.

The main objectives of this research are to describe the obedience towards the regulation of timeliness financial report submission and to analyze the influence of financial performance and corporate governance structure to timelines of financial report submission. The research questions are tested by running Analysis of Variance (Anova) and two logistic regressions. Timelines (measured by dummy variable, 1 if the company comply financial report submissioni.e. before and at 31 of March, while 0 for delayed submission) is the dependent variable both in Anova and in logistic regression. The independent variables in logistic regression consist of EAT, ROA, ROE, Leverage, concentration ownership by domestic institution, number of the Board of Directors, number of the Board of Commissioners and Industry Classification. The first main result of this study is that there is an increasing of timelines obedience. This suggests that the obedience of listed companies towards the regulation of timelines is increasing form time to time. The second main result of this study is that there is an influence of profitability (ROA), leverage and corporate governance structure (ownership concentration by Domestic Institution/HI_DOM) to the probability of timelines financial report submission. The positive and negative sign of ROA and leverage respectively, suggest that higher ROA and lower leverage tend to obey the regulation of timelines. The negative sign of HI_DOM suggest that the lower ownership concentration by Domestic Institution tend to obey the regulation of timelines.
