Stump appendicitis is a rare delayed complication of incomplete appendectomy. The clinical symptoms and signs are like acute appendicitis. The possibility of stump appendicitis is not clear to all clinicians. It represents a diagnostic dilemma with incidence of one in 50,000 cases. We report how we encountered diagnostic dilemma during the management of a 30 years old male patient of acute abdomen with history of appendectomy done for acute appendicitis even years back.

A 65-year-old male patient had extraperitoneal hematoma of the anterior abdominal wall after blunt trauma. The patient was treated with conservative management because of stable hemodynamics without deterioration of physical examination and laboratory tests; however, computed tomography revealed active bleeding. In abdominal wall hematoma, physical examination, hemodynamic monitoring, and laboratory tests may be the most important factor in determining a therapeutic plan. Repetitive imaging can be obtained and invasive treatment should be considered if these indices suggest hematoma exacerbation. Patients with abdominal trauma who have altered coagulation status should be carefully monitored for abdominal wall hematoma. Detecting abdominal wall hematoma is important because it may be the clue for potential intra-abdominal organ injury or delayed complication.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) has been a global pandemic that was first reported in December 2019. Since then, it has been a subject of study for all researchers about its effects in various organ systems of the human body. SARS CoV-2 infection has been associated with Myocarditis in many cases. However, there are only a few instances where COVID 19 was associated with Pericarditis, which is too constrictive. In the following case, we shall discuss a previously healthy 23 years old young man who developed Constrictive Pericarditis as sequelae of COVID 19 Pneumonia.

Prostatic UroLift placement as a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of bladder outlet obstruction due to benign enlargement of prostate has been well accepted in literature and is practised with minimal post-operative complications. We present an unusual cause of haematuria due to migration of one of the prostatic UroLift clips into the bladder after 3 years from its insertion and its subsequent endourological management. To our knowledge, delayed migration of UroLift clip causing haematuria has not been reported in literature in the past. Urologists should be aware of this possible situation while dealing with patients with UroLift implanted.
