The silicon material has provoked and stimulated significant research concern to a considerable extent taking into account its marvelous mechanical, optical, and electronic properties. Naturally, silicons are semiconductors and are utilized in the formation of various materials. For example, it is used in assembling the electronic based gadgets. In this article, we have studied the 2 D structure of silicon carbide Si 2 C 3 − I m , n and Si 2 C 3 − I I m , n and then continued to discuss some degree grounded topological descriptors in association with their corresponding entropy measures. We extend this computation to the quantitative and pictorial comparisons which could be beneficial in the structure amendment for effective implementation.

Abrasive Jet Machining also known as micro-abrasive blasting or pencil blasting is one of the mechanical energy based economical non-traditional machining process for cutting, deburring, polishing, drilling, etching and cleaning of alloys, brittle metals and non-metallic materials due to its high degree of flexibility and low stress forces with less heat generation. In AJM process, fine abrasive grits (silicon carbides, Aluminium oxides, Sodium bicarbonate, Boron Carbides, Crushed glass and Dolomite etc.) of typically ~0.025 mm are accelerated in a high velocity (150-300 m/s) jet of gas stream or air which is generated by converting pressure energy of carrier gas or air to its Kinetic energy and hence high velocity jet and nozzle directs abrasive jet in a controlled manner towards the work surface. Small fractures are created after impacting abrasive particles on the work surface.

Several graph invariants have been defined and studied, which present applications in nanochemistry, computer networks, and other areas of science. One vastly studied class of the graph invariants is the class of the topological indices, which helps in the studies of chemical, biological, and physical properties of a chemical structure. One recently introduced graph invariant is the face index, which can assist in predicting the energy and the boiling points of the certain chemical structures. In this paper, we drive the analytical closed formulas of face index of silicon carbides Si2C3−Ia,b, Si2C3−IIa,b, Si2C3−IIIa,b, and SiC3−IIIa,b.
