Aviation plays a fundamental role in the growth of trade, tourism, economy as well as sustainable development in Pakistan. The two main influential factors Crew Training and Safety Management impacting operations of Engineering Management was found on the basis of literature and analyzed. Primarily, the numerous organizations training methodologies to get their crew staff training was collected from both primary sources that’s questionnaire instrument and secondary sources which is Literature. The reliability and validity of the instrument was tested with the help of Cronbach Alpha and the survey questionnaire was distributed to obtain primary data. The used Non-Probability Sampling technique analyzed thru Statistical Package for Social Sciences software. It was revealed that both the variables i-e Crew Training and Safety Management have a significant impact on improving aviation operational management. Therefore, the management should take remedial measures to work out on Crew Training and Safety Management factors that may augment aviation operational management according to latest National Aviation Policy 2019.

The dynamic development of the European air transport market is the result of the liberalisation processes that have taken place in the European Union over the last thirty years. The EU’s aviation policy has not only widened the access of carriers to the market, but has also increased competition in the air transport sector as a whole. The article looks at regulations concerning the system of airport charges as a mechanism used by the airport managing body to ensure a competitive position on the market. The analysis covers international, EU and national law on airport charges. ICAO documents concerning commercial activities of airports, which are not legal standards but have to be taken into account due to their importance for the characteristics of the subject of the study, are also discussed.

The Civil Aviation Sector in India includes Airports, Scheduled and Non-Scheduled, Domestic Passenger Airlines Helicopter Services, Ground Handling Services, Maintenance and Repair Organizations, Flying Training Institutes and Technical Training Institutions. The government has issued the National Civil Aviation Policy on 2016. The Civil Aviation Sector currently contributes $72 billion to Gross Domestic Product. The National Civil Aviation Policy covers the policy areas such as Regional Connectivity, Safety, Air Transport Operation, 5/20 requirement for International Operations, Bilateral Traffic Rights, Fiscal Support, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, Air Cargo, Aeronautical ‘Make In India’. The Central Government announces that the foreign airlines now will be allowed to invest in domestic airlines up to 49 percent. The researcher has to study the impact of FDI Inflows in Aviation Sector in India and Annual Growth Rate of FDI Inflows in Aviation Sector in India. FDI is necessary for all stakeholders and partners to work together to maximize the benefits of air transport, and to support the sustainable growth of aviation by connecting more people and more places. Aviation has continued to expand. It has weathered crises and confirmed long-term resilience, becoming a crucial means of transport. Historically, air transport has doubled in size every 15 years and has grown earlier than most other industries. The researcher has used Statistical Tools such as, Trend Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, and Regression. The present study covers period of ten years taking from 2009-10 to 2018-19. The research paper concludes the positive growth and positive impact of FDI in Aviation Sector
