he article is devoted to the identification of repeated lexical combinations in poetic texts using the original software system «Hypertext Search for Companion-words in Author’s Texts». The steadily adjacent words found in this way turn out to be characteristic either for the majority of native speakers, or for a certain poetic tradition, or for a particular author. The study objective is to compare the results of the most objective computer processing of texts with the philologists’ interpretation and subjective author’s commentary, as well as to outline insufficiently studied issues of the poetry psychology.

PurposeThe present study focused on information literacy education through a unique research lens, i.e. the Delphi process in developing countries. The primary aim of the study is to formulate an information literacy framework for higher education.Design/methodology/approachIn total 13 experts from the field, including academicians and practitioners, were invited to build consensus on the components of an information literacy curriculum for library and information sciences or management postgraduate students.FindingsThe Delphi process was completed in three reasonable rounds to build consensus on eight information literacy course units, including computer, research, critical, information, domain-specific knowledge and copyright literacies in line with learning and communication skills. The panelists considered computer, research and critical literacies as the most significant components of an information literacy curriculum for postgraduates.Practical implicationsThe proposed framework of information literacy curriculum may have considerable implications for educators, practitioners and researchers.Originality/valueThe study is unique as it focuses on developing a contextual and comprehensive information literacy education framework for information professionals.

In the article deals with the European safety issues of large-panel buildings from the point of view of exceeding the ULS. The proprietary assessment method was proposed under the name: Dimensional Limit States Method, which is dedicated to the assessment of the safety level in the structures of large-panel buildings. The work was based on many years of computer research conducted by the author. In the paper uses the proprietary construction model of the Wk-70 system building, presents the results for vertical reinforcement inserts.

The detection of object with respect to Vehicle and tracking is the most needed step in computer research area as there is wide investment being made form Intelligent Traffic Management. Due to changes in vision or scenes, detection and tracking of vehicle under different drastic conditions has become most challenging process because of the illumination, shadows etc. To overcome this, we propose a method which uses TensorFlow fused with corner points of the vehicles for detection of vehicle and tracking of an vehicle is formulated again, the location of the object which is detected is passed to track the detected object, using the tracking algorithm based on CNN. The proposed algorithm gives result of 90.88% accuracy of detection in video sequences under different conditions of climate.

The term “cloud of things” is currently in the forefront of computer research topics due to its vital role towards the internet of things. To integrate cloud computing and internet of things into a single technology or worldview, this chapter discussed the evolution of internet of things and cloud computing and reviewed literature on cloud computing and internet of things and their possible integration. The chapter also discussed the importance of cloud internet of things, its architecture, and operation; the need to integrate internet of things and cloud computing; and challenges of cloud internet of things. The chapter then used the identified open issues and future direction to propose a generic cloud internet of things architecture and pilot simulated the results to verify the possibility and effectiveness of cloud computing and internet of things (CIoTs) integration. The researchers believe that the chapter will provide a better insight for anyone who wishes to carry out research in the field of cloud internet of things.
