The article highlights the problem of realization of the connection between theory and practice in the course of biology of the 6th grade as a condition of the competence approach to learning.It reveals the issue of developing the content of biological education, as well as the potential possibilities of the 6th grade biology course in the formation of students’ competencies that allow the application of knowledge about plants, bacteria and fungi in life.The author considers the conditions of realization of the competence approach to teaching biology from the standpoint of the connection between theory and practice.The article demonstrates that the problem of using knowledge in practice requires rethinking and bringing its content in line with modern requirements of socio-economic development of the country, science and technology.We revealed the most important concepts of polytechnic nature on the example of the topic “Root”. It can form the basis of further professional training of specialists in various fields of activity.The analysis of the 6th grade biology course allowed to purposefully identify the areas of application of polytechnic knowledge (crop production, animal husbandry, nature protection, rational use of nature, microbiological industry, medicine, etc.).The article also indicates the importance of the analysis of the effectiveness of programs and teaching aids in the implementation of a competency-based approach to school education.It figures out the main conditions for the implementation of a competency-based approach to teaching biology from the standpoint of the relationship between theory and practice. They are the following:- formation of students’ ideas about biology as a science that underlies the future profession;- formation of interest in professions related to biology as a profile discipline;- allocation of knowledge of polytechnic orientation (knowledge in the field of crop production, animal husbandry, nature protection, environmental management, microbiological industry, medicine, etc.);- selection of polytechnic material in school biology textbooks;- disclosure of causal links between the theoretical provisions of science and their applied orientation;- development of skills of application of theoretical knowledge in practice, development of ways of involvement of pupils in practical activity. The preparation protein products is the impotent direction of reprocessing invaluable fish and other hydrocoles and their waste. Waste-free utilization of these resources assumes the complete recovery of meat used for the food purposes, obtaining the protein hydrolysates from the protein-containing waste and using the insoluble residue for manufacture of fodder flour. Protein hydrolysates are highly nutritious products. Properties of protein hydrolysates depend on initial raw material and methods of their obtaining. Protein hydrolysates have the greatest distribution for manufacture of broth concentrates, sauces and on the fodder purposes. But volume of consumption in the listed areas is rather limited. Using hydrocoles waste hydrolysates as bases of microbiological culture media for production and diagnosing of microorganisms in microbiological industry, medicine, veterinary science is the most advanced /5/.

The purpose. Increase of biologization level of agriculture in Ukraine on the basis of working out of the development strategy concept of regional networks of the enterprises on manufacture of plants biological protection frames. Methods. The researches were carried out on the basis of the analysis of the current state, necessary literary sources and existing normative-legal documents on the issues of biologization of agriculture in Ukraine. The results. The concept of formation and development of the strategy of regional networks of enterprises for the production of agriculture biologization means, which consists of four blocks: target block – reducing the impact of chemicals on crop production and the environment; forecast-analytical block – determining the structure of crops, the volume of production; block of environmental factors – determining where it is possible to replace chemicals with biological ones; conceptual block – assessment of the possibility of creating a system of biofactories and laboratories and the solution of the problem. In order to implement the strategy for the production of crop biologization agents, the following scenario of development of entomological and microbiological industry is proposed: organizational direction, economic direction, technical and technological direction, normative and legal direction. The paper also proposes the stages of implementation of the scenario of the industry development for the production of plant breeding biologization means: partial modernization of existing production facilities; large-scale investment development of the direction. Conclusions 1.The offered concept of strategy of development of entomological and microbiological industry for biological protection of plants is a necessary condition of development of organic agriculture, maintenance of manufacture of high-quality organic production and essential reduction of influence of chemical methods of struggle against wreckers on an ecological condition of environment. Such concept should be immediately introduced in Ukraine. 2.As a result of implementation of tasks on development of serial production of technological equipment for equipping of biological production, reconstruction, technical re-equipment and creation of new biological factories and biolaboratories the dynamics of increase in production of means of agriculture biologization is predicted.
