In a service-oriented architecture, service composition plays an important role as a key technology for integrating complex web applications. The service selection as part of the service composition process attracted towards Quality of Service as mandatory criteria for optimal selection of services for the composition process. While fulfilling the non-functional requirements from the user among a functionally similar list of services is a very challenging task. Web services are treating Software as a Service for building web applications. The Quality of Service correlation of services with constraints for selection of service is proposed in this paper. Experimental results of correlation without constraint method and proposed method show that our method outperforms over existing approach.

Abstract The industrial cloud robotics (ICRs) integrates distributed industrial robot resources in various places to support complex task processing for multi-resource service requirements, and manufacturing capability assessment is the key link in determining the optimal service composition to realize the value-added of ICRs resources. However, the traditional evaluation method ignores the positive and negative cooperative effects of the manufacturing capability correlation among the robot individuals on the overall manufacturing capability of the ICRs composition. In addition, the problems of excessive resource consumption and serious environmental pollution in the manufacturing industry are becoming increasingly serious. The paper proposes a dynamic assessment method of sustainable manufacturing capability for ICRs based on the correlation relationship to solve above problems. Firstly, an extensible multi-dimensional indicator system of sustainable manufacturing capability is constructed. Then, multiple composition correlation relationships among ICRs are analyzed to establish the correlation assessment model. Furthermore, a set of dynamic evaluation methods is proposed, in which the evaluation indicators raw data is processed based on the service correlation model and the traditional network analytic network process method is improved based on the data correlation model. Finally, a case study is implemented to show the reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed method in assessment of sustainable manufacturing capability for ICRs.

This study aimed to know the dimensions of labor turnover (low morale, poor employees training, payment, job satisfaction) and study the effect of these dimensions on the quality of service in hotels. The results of multiple regression show that there is an effect of dimensions labor turnover on quality of service. Correlation between labor turnover and tangibility was the strongest and there is a moderate relationship between labor turnover and each of responsibility, reliability, assurance, and empathy.

BackgroundRecovery is a key goal for individuals, and services’ recovery orientation can facilitate this process. The independent mental health sector is increasingly important in Ireland, particularly in counselling and suicide prevention. We aimed to evaluate Pieta House as a recovery-oriented service through clients’ self-rated recovery; and clients’ and therapists’ evaluation of the service.MethodsClients completing therapy over a 3-month period were invited to complete the Recovery Assessment Scale (RAS) and the Recovery Self Assessment-Revised (RSA-R). Therapists completed the RSA-R staff version.ResultsResponse rate was 36.7% for clients (n=88), 98% for therapists (n=49). Personal recovery was endorsed by 73.8% of clients, with highest agreement for factors ‘Willingness to Ask for Help’ (84.5%), and ‘Reliance on Others’ (82.1%). A smaller number agreed with factors ‘Personal Confidence and Hope’ (61.3%) and ‘No Domination by Symptoms’ (66.6%). Clients’ and therapists’ evaluation of the service showed high levels of agreement with factors of ‘Choice’ (90.9% clients, 100% therapists); ‘Life Goals’ (84.1% clients, 98% therapists) and ‘Individually Tailored Services’ (80.6% clients, 79.6% therapists). Client involvement in service management had the lowest level of agreement (36.4% clients, 30.6% therapists). Clients’ self-rated recovery correlated with their rating of the service (correlation value 0.993, p=0.01).ConclusionsClients’ self-rated recovery and the recovery orientation of Pieta House were rated highly, with areas for improvement in service user involvement, peer support and advocacy. The correlation of personal recovery and recovery orientation of the service may merit further study.

Internet is inundated with large amount of intrusion, attack and other security incidents, which have posed a serious threat to network security. Security evaluation is one of the important management means throughout the life cycle of information system; it is also a basis and premise of formulating and adjusting the security strategies. Accurately predicting the impending security incidents and evaluating the possible degree of detriment are the decision-making foundation in network security defense. In this paper, a hierarchical detriment evaluation method of security incidents is put forward, after direct detriment is calculated ,indirect detriment of the incidents is calculated based on service dependence and permission transfer relations, and then, the overall detriment of security incidents is obtained.
