Introduction: The present study investigated one of these types of disease (skin cancer) and its relationship with climatic parameters. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between climate change and skin cancer in Ardabil province. Materials and Methods: This descriptive correlational study was conducted to investigate the effect of six climatic parameters (frost, sunny hours, minimum mean humidity, maximum absolute temperature, minimum absolute temperature, and mean temperature) on skin cancer in Ardabil province in a 3-year statistical period (2012-2014). The data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation relationship in SPSS version 24 software, also Minitab version 16 software was used for linear interpolation. Results: According to the findings, the highest correlation (more than 95%) of skin cancer in three cities of Parsabad, Khalkhal, and Ardabil with the climatic parameter was related to minimum absolute temperature. However, in Khalkhal station in three years of study, sunny hours had the highest correlation and the lowest correlation was related to glacial climate parameter in all four cities. It can be said that the factors of sunny hours and maximum temperature have an effect on the incidence of skin cancer, and the minimum absolute temperature increases the exacerbation of this type of disease. Conclusion: According to the results of statistical correlation and the effects of climatic parameters on skin cancer, it can be concluded that climate parameters are one of the effective factors in skin cancer.

For the correlation relationship, it is strengthened by the RMSEA number which is between 0.05-0.08. This study forms a 3 factor model for scientific publications of economics students. Conclusion: This study estimates the factors that can encourage the scientific publication model of economics students. Several factors in this research model are in line with the findings of previous researchers. This study shows that the accuracy of the model includes the McDonald's and Cronbach's > 0.700, for the MSA value of 0.762, and the Bartlett's test value < .001. For the correlation relationship, it is strengthened by the RMSEA number which is between 0.05-0.08. Thus, there are 3 factors in this model, namely the role of lecturers and families, students' basic abilities, and academic achievement goals. We realize that there are several theoretical challenges and measurement models, therefore further research is carried out using statistical test instruments and tools such as AMOS, PLS, and LISREL.

Uniaxial compression strength (UCS) is a fundamental parameter to carry out geotechnical engineering design and construction. It is simple and efficient to predict UCS using point load strength (PLS) at engineering sites. However, the high dispersion of rock strength limits the accuracy of traditional fitting prediction methods. In order to improve the UCS prediction accuracy, 30 sets of regular cylindrical specimen tests between PLS and UCS are conducted on limestone mines. The correlation relationship between PLS and UCS is found by using four basic fitting functions. Then, a prediction model is established by using SVM algorithm. Multiple training test data are used to achieve high-precision prediction of UCS and the results show it is less different from the actual values. Especially, the R2 coefficient reached 0.98. The SVM model prediction performance is significantly better than the traditional fitting function. The constructed SVM model in this study can accurately predict the UCS using the PLS obtained in the field, which has a great significance to the rock stability judgment in the actual construction environment.

Today, both macromodels and transistor-level models of semiconductor integrated circuits are available. However, most models don’t take into account the influence of destabilizing effects. Thus, the tasks of developing new models and fitting the parameters of existing ones are very relevant. In this work, the authors introduced an assumption about the existence of a correlation relationship between all the parameters of integrated circuits’ transistor-level models and offered a way to fit these parameters. The experience of fitting the model’s parameters of the integrated circuit 1564LE1 EP was presented. To simplify this task, all parameters were altered by the same relative deviation. To check the assumption made, the authors carried out full-scale experiment, in which the frequency of the self-oscillation of the ring oscillator based on the 1564LE1 EP was measured in the temperature range. The simulation of the ring oscillator has been made using a SPICE-simulator. The dependences of the self-oscillation frequency on temperature, obtained as a result of simulation and as a result of experiment, were compared before and after fitting the parameters of the integrated circuit model. Also, the waveforms of the ring oscillator based on the original and fitted model were compared. The analysis of the obtained dependences of the frequency of oscillations, the signal shape before and after the model fitting, the link to the text of the fitted model has been provided. The results obtained show the possibility of using the introduced assumption to fit the parameters of the transistor-level integrated circuit model.
