The problem in this study is the lack of student motivation in following Christian Religious Education subjects. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournamnet type on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Simbuang Tana Toraja. The author uses the method of distributing questionnaires to 20 students in the form of open statements and open interviews to 10 students. The purpose of conducting interviews is to strengthen the results of the questionnaires distributed and direct observations. From the correlation results of data analysis using SPSS, it shows that the team games tournament type cooperative learning model has an effect on students' intrinsic motivation with a significant result, namely 0.671 which is in a strong/high relationship, while the Teams Games Tournament on extrinsic motivation gets a significant result, namely 0.479 which is at moderate/moderate relationship. Students' learning motivation increases both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that the team games tournament type cooperative learning model has an effect on students' learning motivation. AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Untuk itu, tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournamnet terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Simbuang Tana Toraja. Penulis menggunakan metode pembagian angket kepada 20 siswa dalam bentuk pernyataan yang bersifat terbuka dan wawancara terbuka kepada 10 siswa, Tujuan dilakukan wawancara untuk memperkuat hasil dari angket yang dibagikan dan observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung. Dari Hasil korelasi analisa data menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament berpengaruh terhadap motivasi intrinsik siswa dengan hasil signifikan yaitu 0,671 yang berada pada hubungan kuat/tinggi, sedangkan Teams Games Tournament terhadap motivasi ekstrinsik mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan yaitu 0,479 yang berada pada hubungan cukup/sedang. Motivasi belajar siswa meningkat baik motivasi intrinsik maupun motivasi ekstrinsik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Purpose: We proposed and tested a causal instantiation of the World Health Organization's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework, linking acoustics, intelligibility, and communicative participation in the context of dysarthria. Method: Speech samples and communicative participation scores were collected from individuals with dysarthria ( n = 32). Speech was analyzed for two acoustic metrics (i.e., articulatory precision and speech rate), and an objective measure of intelligibility was generated from listener transcripts. Mediation analysis was used to evaluate pathways of effect between acoustics, intelligibility, and communicative participation. Results: We observed a strong relationship between articulatory precision and intelligibility and a moderate relationship between intelligibility and communicative participation. Collectively, data supported a significant relationship between articulatory precision and communicative participation, which was almost entirely mediated through intelligibility. These relationships were not significant when speech rate was specified as the acoustic variable of interest. Conclusion: The statistical corroboration of our causal instantiation of the ICF framework with articulatory acoustics affords important support toward the development of a comprehensive causal framework to understand and, ultimately, address restricted communicative participation in dysarthria.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of individual innovation and emotional intelligence levels on organizational behavior of the participants working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. The study group of the research consists of 77 female (38.7%) and 122 male (61.3%) participants working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. As a data collection tool in the research; Individual Innovation, Emotional Intelligence and Positive Organizational Behavior Scales were used. The participants drew a high level of innovative profile; It can be stated that he has an above-average level of emotional intelligence and organizational behavior. According to the results of the research; A significant, positive and moderate relationship was found between individual innovation, emotional intelligence and organizational behavior. In addition; It can be said that 53% of organizational behavior is explained by individual innovation and emotional intelligence characteristics.

Introduction: When confronted with traumatic accidents and events that result in death, people are at risk of developing death anxiety. Due to their stressful job, emergency medical technicians (EMTs) will develop alexithymia and be unable to express and manage their emotions over time. Studies show that alexithymia causes physical and mental disorders in many people. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia in EMTs.Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to select 400 EMTs in southeastern Iran who met the inclusion criteria for this descriptive-analytical study. The Templer Death Anxiety Scale and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale were used to collect data. SPSS version 20 was used to analyze the data, which included descriptive and analytical statistics (Independent t test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression). Results: The results of the study showed that the mean score of death anxiety in EMTs was 10.26 ± 3.69. It was revealed that 46.7% of the EMTs experienced severe death anxiety. Furthermore, the total mean score of alexithymia in EMTs was 59.65 ± 8.28, indicating the possibility of alexithymia. The Pearson correlation test showed a direct moderate relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia scores (r = .351, p < .001).Conclusion: According to the results, there is a direct significant relationship between death anxiety and alexithymia in EMTs. Therefore, it is suggested that EMTs be continuously taught effective methods to deal with death anxiety and reduce the physical and mental disorders caused by this problem.

This research is based on the framework of thinking that worship is an effort to get closer to the creator. One of them is the Duha prayer, prayer can improve the quality of life of a Muslim because many things are educational in prayer. One of the benefits of dhuha prayer is that it can increase intelligence. spiritual intelligence is very necessary considering that spiritual intelligence is a necessary foundation for the effective functioning of intellectual intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ). The main purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Dhuha prayer program for Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City, namely 1) To determine the implementation of the Dhuha prayer program for Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. 2) To determine the spiritual intelligence of Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. 3) To find out whether there is a significant relationship between the Dhuha prayer program and the spiritual intelligence of Class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Bogor City. The research method used is correlational quantitative method. The population of class XII totaling 331 students and the research sample as many as 80 students with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The results of the study through the correlation test showed that there was a significant moderate relationship between PAI learning outcomes and emotional intelligence. This can be seen from the results of the correlation test for variables X and Y of 0.551. A positive rxy value indicates the direction of the two variables is positive.  Keywords: Duha prayer program, spiritual intelligence, Islamic religious education

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>Teacher leadership is a leadership attitude shown by the teachers involving idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This study is conducted to investigate the relationship between teacher leadership and students’ motivation to learn English. By knowing the association between these variables, English teachers will be able to strategize in conducting the learning process in class to motivate their students. If students are motivated in learning English, then their performance and achievement might increase too. The design of the study is correlational. The relationship is determined by correlating scores from two questionnaires given to the students. The result indicated that there is a positive moderate relationship between teacher leadership and students’ motivation in learning English. The correlation coefficient is 0.342. It means that the higher the degree of teachers’ leadership, the higher the students’ motivation. In contrast, when the teachers have low degree of leadership, the students will gradually lose their motivation. In conclusion, the result of this study has shown that there is a significant relation between teachers’ leadership and students’ motivation.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Kepemimpinan seorang guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran di dalam kelas dapat dilihat melalui beberapa hal, yaitu <em>idealized influence</em>, <em>inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, </em>dan<em> individualized consideration</em>. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan guru dengan motivasi siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Dengan mengetahui hubungan antar dua variabel ini, guru dapat mengatur strategi lebih baik dalam melakukan proses belajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif yang sedang antara kepemimpinan guru dengan motivasi siswa dalam belajar <strong>b</strong>ahasa Inggris. Koefisien korelasinya adalah 0.342. <strong>Hal i</strong>ni berarti semakin tinggi kualitas kepemimpinan guru, semakin baik pula motivasi siswa dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris. Begitu pula jika guru mempunyai kualitas kepemimpinan yang rendah, maka besar kemungkinan bahwa lambat laun siswa akan kehilangan motivasi dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan guru mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris.

Purpose What remains uncertain with corporate universities is the contribution they provide to their organizations, particularly when considered from the perspective of managers. Managers are important stakeholders, as they may participate in carrying out the mission and policies that govern the corporate university and participate in the programs offered. Organizations would benefit from knowing more about the perceptions of managers. The purpose of this paper is to study managers’ perceptions of the accountability of two corporate university programs in China and its relationship with the managers’ overall involvement in corporate university programs and their commitment to the organization. Design/methodology/approach The study was conducted in two state-owned organizations in China, a country in which many organizations have adopted corporate universities. A mixed-method approach was used to carry out the study. Findings The results showed that there was a moderate relationship between the managers’ perceptions of the accountability of corporate university programs, based on two management development programs and managers’ involvement in corporate university programs and their commitment to the organization. The results also showed a low relationship between managers’ involvement in their corporate university programs and commitment to the organization. Originality/value The findings provide implications for managing corporate universities in China and enhancing the accountability of these initiatives. The study serves as a basis for future studies involving corporate universities and on the accountability of and involvement in training.

An analysis of the rainfall series (12-month running means) of the 5° × 5° gridded data in the Amazon river basin and its vicinity (15° N – 20° S, 30° - 80° W) indicated that the rainfalls were highly variable both from year to year and from region to region. Correlations with even nearby regions hardly exceeded 0.50, though correlations were better (up to 0.70) in the regions near the eastern coast of Brazil. Moderate relationship with ENSO indices was obtained for the Amazon river basin and the regions to its north, and for NE Brazil, while moderate relationship with South Atlantic SST was obtained for NE Brazil and the region immediately to its west. All other relationships (with 30 hPa wind, North Atlantic Oscillation Index, etc.) were obscure.

According to the portal Math-Net.Ru a graph of journal citation is constructed. To increase the reliability of the model, the citation time interval was chosen from 2010 to 2021, when the distribution of citation articles stabilized at the level of 3500-4500 citations per year. The structure of link aging is studied and it is shown that their half-life is equal to 8 years. Therefore, the publication date of the cited articles was limited to 2002. For the constructed citation graph, the main properties, such as a small diameter and a high density, are obtained, indicating a high level of scientific communication in the Math-Net.Ru. The absence of the “Matthew effect” as a pronounced advantage in quoting established journals in relation to less well-known ones is shown. Adequacy of the journal citation graph Math-Net.Ru as a model of scientific communication confirmed by comparing the ranking of journals in the citation graph with their SCIENCE INDEX rating in eLIBRARY.RU. A direct moderate relationship between the two rankings is shown. A number of meaningful conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the citation graph.

The high level of public trust in the growth of the world of Islamic banking makes Islamic banking have to think about changing strategies based on Islamic intellectual capital and performance based on Islamic maqashid with the role and size of banking as a strong supporter. This research aims to examine that Islamic Intelectual Capital (IIC) and size of banking influence toward Maqashid Syariah Performance (MSP). This research used a sample of Islamic banking in Indonesia listed in the FSA the period 2014 to 2018. Methods using moderated regression analysis. The results of this research prove that Islamic Banking Value Added of Human Capital (IBVAHU) has negative effect toward MSP at significance level 10%. Islamic Banking Value Added of Capital Employed (IBVACA) and Islamic Banking Value Added of Structure Capital (IBSTVA) have not effect as partially toward of MSP. Size of banking has not effect toward Maqashid Syariah Performance (MSP). Size of banking cannot moderate relationship between IBVACA and IBSTVA toward of MSP. But Size of banking can moderate relationship between Islamic Banking Value Added of Human Capital (IBVAHU) toward of MSP.How to Cite:Rahma, Y., & Atiqah. (2021).
