In most cases, the planning of funding for the construction of a forest truck road causes difficulty to planners. Although a forest management plan (FMP) indicates the number of roads to be built annually for the next development period with the average cost of construction, this information is quite general and based on experiential estimates. The aim of this paper is to determine the average cost of forest truck road construction in the Republic of Srpska, as well as to calculate the average costs of individual phases of operation. The obtained average cost of forest road construction, resulting from the analysis of 71 major projects in 11 forest areas encompassing 178 km of forest roads, is 32,490.87 ?/km. The obtained results point to the interesting fact that forest road construction is the most expensive in hilly areas with an altitude ranging between 200 and 500 m (34,298.28 ?/km), while it is the cheapest (30,922.88 ?/km) in medium mountainous areas, with altitudes between 1000 and 2000 m.

The purpose of the study is to obtain a durable and cheap road-building material based on ash, reinforced with mineral astringent. Within the framework of the research, the optimal dosages of binders were searched for, the characteristics of the strength of mixture of ash with sludge and ash with cement were also determined. A comparative analysis of the economic efficiency between using a mixture of ash from the incineration of sewage sludge, reinforced with nepheline sludge, and traditional road building materials was carried out. The results of the study of mixtures of ash with mineral binders, such as nepheline sludge and cement, show that the obtained materials have high strength indicators and high indicators of the modulus of elasticity. They can be attributed to strength grades from M20 to M100. The developed building material (ash mixed with binders (nepheline sludge, cement)) could replace a similar building material in the technology of road construction, because if this mixture is taken in optimal dosages, it will be more profitable in the process of use, both from the point of physical and mechanical views, and point of view of economic indicators.

Основной целью работы является оптимизация использования машин для земляных работ в строительстве лесных дорог по критерию минимума приведенных расходов, путем оптимального распределения комплектов машин по объектам строительства при условии возможности аренды какихлибо дополнительных машин. Создана экономикоматематическая модель расчета эффективной структуры парка машин с точки зрения системы производственной эксплуатации, которая складывается из эффектов всех специализированных комплектов машин и эффекта от передачи машин парка в аренду. Учет возможности передачи или получения техники в аренду позволяет улучшить техникоэкономические показатели эксплуатации парка машин. Результаты работы могут быть востребованы лесозаготовительными и дорожностроительными предприятиями в период проектирования производства земляных работ, обновления машинных парков, а также при выборе наилучшего варианта использования имеющегося парка, прогнозирования продолжительности и стоимости ведения механизированных работ. The main purpose of this work is to optimize the earthmoving machinery utilization in the forest road construction, by minimize the operating cost. That goal may achieve by the optimal distribution of the machine combination in the construction sites, with the ability of renting additional machines. Economical mathematical model has been developed for calculating the effective structure of the machine group to achieve the required productivity. The possibility of hire and rent machines allows the manager to improve the technical economic decision for the machines operation. By using the developed model it can gives good results to having better decisions for planning and designing the earth working operations in the road construction companies, renovation of the machine parks, as well as the choosing the best option for using the existing machine combination, predicting the duration and predicting the cost of the whole work.
