This article represents an overview of the jurisprudence case review of issues relatively connected with artificial intelligence technology. The collection of judgments chosen for the purposes of study which include concerns related to issues associated with forthcoming technological world. For example, the functionality of bot software automate human interaction easy with various online activities, the use of AI to analyse the car cost repairing according to model. AI used in forensic medical radiology, figure print scanning, security enhancement using facial biometrics recognition. AI in automate graphics and game design application. Also AI use to filter social networks to identify inciting terrorism. The main purpose of the study is to identify and assess the need of regulate artificial intelligence technology according to standardize policy, as well as to assess the level of threats associated with privacy of data analysis functions of the AI technology in the context of the presented jurisprudence.

AbstractThe field of biometrics research encompasses the need to associate an identity to an individual based on the persons physiological or behaviour traits. While the use of intrusive techniques such as retina scans and finger print identification has resulted in highly accurate systems, the scalability of such systems in real-world applications such as surveillance and border security has been limited. As a branch of biometrics research, the origin of soft biometrics could be traced back to need for non-intrusive solutions for extracting physiological traits of a person. Following high number of research outcomes reported in the literature on soft biometrics, this paper aims to consolidate the scope of soft biometrics research across four thematic schemes (i) a detailed review of soft biometrics research data sets, their annotation strategies and building a largest novel collection of soft traits; (ii) the assessment of metrics that affect the performance of soft biometrics system; (iii) a comparative analysis on feature and modality level fusion reported in the literature for enhancing the system performance; and (iv) a performance analysis of hybrid soft biometrics recognition system using multi-scale criterion. The paper also presents a detailed analysis on the global traits associated to person identity such as gender, age and ethnicity. The contribution of the paper is to provide a comprehensive review of scientific literature, identify open challenges and offer insights on new research directions in the filed.

Soft biometrics provide information about the individual but without the distinctiveness and permanence able to discriminate between any two individuals. Since the gaze represents one of the most investigated human traits, works evaluating the feasibility of considering it as a possible additional soft biometric trait have been recently appeared in the literature. Unfortunately, there is a lack of systematic studies on clinically approved stimuli to provide evidence of the correlation between exploratory paths and individual identities in “natural” scenarios (without calibration, imposed constraints, wearable tools). To overcome these drawbacks, this paper analyzes gaze patterns by using a computer vision based pipeline in order to prove the correlation between visual exploration and user identity. This correlation is robustly computed in a free exploration scenario, not biased by wearable devices nor constrained to a prior personalized calibration. Provided stimuli have been designed by clinical experts and then they allow better analysis of human exploration behaviors. In addition, the paper introduces a novel public dataset that provides, for the first time, images framing the faces of the involved subjects instead of only their gaze tracks.
