Kinetics and selectivity of indirect electrocatalytic resorcinol oxidation by active oxygen forms (AOF) in situ generated from oxygen in gas diffusion electrode (GDE) mesostructured carbon CMK‑3 and Pt, Pb/PbO2 at different pH were studied. The high resorcinol oxidation process effectivity in both Pt-GDE at pH=10 (99 %) and Pb/PbO2 + Fe2+ at рН=2 (99 %) systems was shown; the resorcinol oxidation scheme was proposed

The development of anodes based on Li4Ti5O12 (LTO) for lithium ion batteries has become very important in recent years on the basis that it allows a long service life (stability in charge-discharge cycling) and safety improvements. The processing of this material in the form of thin film allows for greater control of its characteristics and an improvement of its disadvantages, namely reduced electrical conductivity and low diffusion of lithium ions. In this work, we try to limit these disadvantages through the synthesis of a mesostructured carbon-doped Li4Ti5O12 thin-film with a pure spinel phase using a combination of a block-copolymer template and in situ synthesis of Li-Ti double alkoxide. Structural and electrochemical characterization has been carried out to determine the best conditions (temperature, time, atmosphere) for the thermal treatment of the material to reach a compromise between crystallinity and porosity distribution (pore size, pore volume, and interconnectivity).

Mesostructured carbon material CMK-3 for electrodes of electrochemical capacitors was obtained by the method of template synthesis. In order to increase the capacitance characteristics, impregnation of metal ions (Co, Ni, and Cu) into the structure of mesoporous carbon CMK-3 was carried out. The structure of the obtained materials was studied by X-ray diffraction and gas adsorption. The study by TEM showed that highly dispersed, nanosized particles are metal oxides Co, Ni and Cu with the size of 30-50 nm. The particles are uniformly distributed inside the carbon material. Electrochemical characteristics were studied in aqueous electrolytes (1M KCl and 1M KOH). It has been established that the impregnation of metal ions increases in the specific capacity of the mesoporous carbon material by about 30 % (from 110 to 156 F/g) in KOH
