Reference journals have several different writing arrangements. In the reference journal, there is some information or words needed in making scientific journals. With this information or word retrieval system, it can help to find journals that match the similarities between input and information or words in the journal that will be used as a reference. In this study, the input process of equations and information or words will be processed using the Winnowing algorithm as an algorithm that can find the similarity of words or texts with N-gram functions, rolling hash, and Jaccard Coefficient. In general, the search only uses the same words or text without any weighting on the composition of the reference journal. To be able to find journals and their level of importance in the order of journals, a weighting method is needed. This study also uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a process to determine the value of the order of urgency in journals so that it can provide results in the form of rankings based on searches and urgency weights in reference journals. The results of the similarity query with documents obtained 60% precision, 77% recall, and 81% accuracy, documents, and documents had 41% precision, 83% recall, and 66% accuracy. using Winnowing Algorithm, the search system can detect the similarity of text.

Many problems can occur due to labor pains that are not properly managed. Pain during labor is caused by uterine contractions which can result in increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system which can affect psychological conditions including the mother's perception of pain and anxiety during labor. Various methods are carried out as efforts to reduce labor pain, including non-pharmacological methods using the Hypnobirthing technique. This literature study aims to determine the effect of hypnobirthing techniques on pain intensity in labor mothers. Method : research method using literature study method. This study is a literature review, the source for conducting this literature includes search studies in the form of research journals totaling 10 journals. Using the 2015-2020 publication year. Choose journals according to scientific articles. Result : There is an influence between the use of hypnobirthing techniques on the intensity of pain in laboring mothers such as the reference journal that I took, which states that of the 30 research samples, 15 respondents who were given hypnobirthing as much as 60% experienced moderate pain, and 15 respondents who were not given hypnobirthing were 66.7% experiencing severe pain. Conclusion : Hypnobirthing techniques can affect the reduction of pain in laboring mothers.

This work develops a systematic literature review on the B Corp movement. Fifty articles were identified in the Web of Science and Scopus databases until 2020. Results show that it is an incipient field with great potential. There are two topics repeatedly addressed in the analyzed publications: the motivations of companies to be certified, and the economic and social effects that occur after certification. Sustainability is currently the reference journal in the field, since it has published a total of five articles. Finally, several lines of future work are proposed, such as the contribution of B Corp companies to the SDGs; the development of case studies on the certification process itself; and the development of methods for measuring social impact.

As a new issue for OSI2017, this workgroup (originally designated as the Patent Literature workgroup) will look at patent literature, research reports, databases and other published information. OSI by design has a university-centric and journal-centric bias to the perspectives being considered. Patent literature, research reports, and databases are also important sources of research information—more so than journals in some disciplines (although these still reference journal articles). As with journal articles, this information isn’t always free or easy to find and is suffering from some of the same usability issues as journal articles.
