Abstract A principal needs a worker for the production of a good. The worker can be hired as an internal agent, or an external agent under a contract. These two organizational modes correspond to in-house production and outsourcing, respectively. In each case, the agent earns experience benefits: future monetary returns from managing production, reputation, and enjoyment. The principal would like to extract experience benefits, and can do so when production is outsourced. However, the external agent earns information rent from private information about production costs. The principal cannot fully extract experience benefits when production is in-house because the internal agent must be provided with a minimum income, although the principal has full information on production costs. Our theory proposes a new trade-off, one between information rent under outsourcing and experience rent under in-house production. The principal chooses outsourcing when experience benefits are high, but her organizational choice may be socially inefficient.

<p>Sebagai salah satu penghasil devisa negara dan mendapat julukan yang begitu tehormat dari negara sebagai Pahlawan Devisa, TKW Indonesia seharusnya mendapat perhatian tersendiri dari pemerintah maupun pihak yang terkait, sehingga terkirimnya para TKW keluar negeri memiliki jaminan keselamatan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya kesepakatan antara pihak pengirim dengan penerima TKW agar kehadiran TKW bisa memperoleh perlindungan di Negara tempat mereka bekerja. Seharusnya berbagai kasus yang banyak menimpa para TKW selama ini seperti penganiaaan, pelecehan seksual dan tindak kekerasan lainnya baik yang di ketahui publik maupun tidak, menjadi pelajaran penting bagi bangsa Indonesia.</p> <p> </p> <p>As one of state foreign exchange producer and the hero of foreign exchange, Indonesian migrant workers should get sufficient attention from the government and all parts which are related to their process of being migrant workers in order they get safety guarantee in the countries they work. Therefore, it is a need to have an agreement between internal agent (that sends the workers) and external agent (that accept and manage the workers) to make sure that the migrant workers will get protection. What have been experienced, so far, by migrant workers such as mistreatment, sexual harassment and  violence which are publicly known or ice versa should be an important lesson for Indonesia.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p>

Penyuluhan seringkali diasosiasikan dengan penerangan atau propaganda, padahal penyuluhan ialah upaya mengubah perilaku individu, kelompok, atau komunitas agar tahu, mau, dan mampu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi supaya dapat hidup lebih baik dan bermartabat. Agar penyuluhan dapat berlangsung dengan baik diperlukan pendidikan dan komunikasi untuk berbagi informasi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan oleh fasilitator, baik yang berasal dari suatu sistem sosial itu sendiri (internal agent of change) atau yang berasal dari luar sistem sosial itu, seperti penyuluh lapangan atau pekerja pembangunan dari sebuah lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM).
