Ms Xin suffered from gallbladder stores, Cholecystitis and Cholestasis in the bile duct with more or less attacks for four months of last sept to Dec 2019; Except a severe spasm on right costal and chest regions, he also manifested nausea, vomit and a bad jaundice who had been admitted to the accident & emergency department in a few of hospitals in Beijing for rescuing and pain managements, she was offered an operation to remove gallbladder as an only way to completely release her suffers. But she accepted herbal medicine granules prescribed by Dr Xin. After three days of herbal taking, he was completely exhausted all of silted stones from his gallbladder and was healed at all. His state of the gallbladder have been proved by CT scans and blood tests. Conclusion: the herbal medicine is the safe and effective treating method to the gallbladder silted stones.

Having tested these infusions on a very large material, Quack (Zentr. F. Gyn., 1923, No. 50-51) found that 1) prophylactic infusions of 5 cubic meters. sant. 40% urotropine solution after surgery leads to severe spasm of the bladder, which is why it should not be used

Fissure-in-ano (Guda-parikartika) is a tear, crack or ulcer in the anus which is one of the most troubling and painful surgical diseases that affect majority of the population. In Ayurveda it is mentioned as a sequel of some diseases or as a complication of some Panchakarma procedures or due to improper food habits and lifestyles leading to vitiation of Pitta dosha and develops indigestion in the patient which vitiates Apana vata and its functions which leads to fissure causing severe pain in the anal region along with severe spasm of Anal sphincter. Hence it becomes mandatory to pacify the Vata dosha for relieving pain which helps in relaxation of sphincter facilitating fissure healing. In this regard the various approaches are described in Ayurveda towards the Guda parikartika for controlling pain by correction of the Agni (Pachakagni) and Vatanulomana with multiple options by minimal invasive and non-invasive procedures. The invasive procedures are Kshara and Agnikarma, similarly non-invasive procedures are various medicated local applications and Basti therapies. However these therapeutic methods should be used judiciously as per the condition of the disease

✓ Initial experience with intravenously administered isoproterenol and lidocaine hydrochloride in 14 patients with severe spasm from subarachnoid hemorrhage is summarized. All patients were actively deteriorating from progressive spasm without other major complications; 12 of 14 improved, and two died. The method of treatment, results, and rationale for this method of therapy are discussed.
