HARMONISASI MINYAK DAN AIR MELALUI EKSPERIMENTASI FOTOGRAFI

AbstrakPenciptaan karya fotografi yang dibuat adalah “Harmonisasi Minyak dan Air melalui Eksperimentasi Fotografi”. Penciptaan ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu: (1)menghadirkan corak baru dalam karya fotografi dengan harmonisasi efek bias cahaya pada campuran minyak dan air. Selain itu, (2) mengeksplorasi harmonisasi efek bias cahaya pada campuran minyak dan air dalam visual fotografi, sehingga menghasilkan warna dan bentuk yang dapat terwujud pada karya penciptaan fotografi yang estetis, khas, unik, indah, menarik dan imajinatif.Harmonisasi minyak dan air menghadirkan efek pembiasan cahaya pada campuran minyak dan air melalui eksperimentasi fotografi, efek pembiasan merupakan pembelokan cahaya ketika cahaya melewati bidang batas dua medium yang berbeda indeks biasnya. Minyak dan air merupakan zat yang sama yaitu zat cair tetapi berbeda molekul sehingga minyak dan air tidak bisa disatukan. Perbedaan yang tidak bisa disatukan menjadi hal yang menarik ketika divisualisasikan melalui media fotografi. Fotografi makro menjadi teknik yang dipakai untuk mendukung eksplorasi karya. Fotografi makro mengubah sudut pandang dalam perspektif minyak dan air, bagaimana objek yang terlihat kecil menjadi besar dan detail dalam teknik fotografi makro.Hasil dari peciptaan karya fotografi ini adalah secara detail menjadi pengetahuan tentang proses kreatif membuat sebuah karya fotografi seni. Selain matang secara konsep, dapat memiliki pengalaman seni tentang efek bias cahaya dan campuran minyak dan air. Ketertarikannya dengan pilihan objek harmonisasi minyak dan air yaitu dapat menghasilkan warna dan bentuk-bentuk yang tidak terduga dan menarik. Proses ini mampu menghasilkan proses kreatif yang mampu menghasilkan foto yang artistik sekaligus menjadi penalaman baru. The creation of photographic works was "the harmonization of oil and water through photographic experimentation". This creation has a purpose: (1) to bring a new pattern in photographic work by harmonizing the effect of light refraction on oil and water mixtures. In addition, (2) explore the harmonization of light refraction effects on the mixture of oil and water in visual photography, resulting in colors and shapes that can materialize on the creation by measure of aesthetically pleasing, distinctive, unique, beautiful, attractive and imaginative as photographic creations. The harmonization of oil and water provides the effect of light in the oil and water mixture through the experimentation of photography, the refractive effect of light when the light passes through the boundary fields of two different medium indices. Oil and water are the same substance that is liquid but different molecules so that oil and water cannot be put together. The difference cannot be put together to be interesting when visualized the photography media. Macro photography became a technique used to support the exploration of works. Macro photography Changes the viewpoint in the perspective of oil and water, how small-looking objects become large and detailed in a macro-photography technique. The result of this photographic creation is in detail a piece of the creative process of creating an art photography work. In addition to mature conceptually, it can have an art experience about the effects of light refraction and oil and water measly. Its interest with the choice of oil and water harmonization objects is that it can produce unpredictable colors and shapes. LAKON PUNAKAWAN DALAM KARYA FOTOGRAFI SENI

Abstrak Penciptan karya seni ini bermula dari keprihatinan terhadap pementasan wayang yang sudah mulai ditinggalkan di era milenial ini, sangat disayangkan apaila pementasan tersebut hilang begitu saja. Padahal kesenian ini sangat banyak memberikan pelajaran yang dapat membentuk karakter generasi muda menjadi lebih baik. Sebagai seorang yang lahir dan besar di Jawa, berkewajiban untuk turut andil dalam melestarikan kesenian peninggalan nenek moyang ini. Penciptaan karya seni ini mengambil tokoh Punakawan yang beranggotakan Semar, Gareng, Petruk dan Bagong. Tokoh-tokoh wayang tersebut diambil karena perannya dalam dunia pewayangan sangat besar. Penciptaan karya seni ini memvisualkan cuplikan lakon Punakawan ke dalam karya fotografi seni. Selain itu, ingin menyampaikan pesan moral yang terdapa dalam lakon Punakawan di karya fotografi seni. Karya visual ini mengandung elemen-elemen pendukung sesuai dengan topik yang diangkat. Elemen-elemen tersebut digabungkan dengan teknik montase yang diproses menggunakan digital imaging dan dicetak di media kertas foto. Dengan demikian, visual yang dihadirkan sesuai dengan harapan dan pesan yang akan disampaikan bisa tersampaikan dengan baik. The creation of this art work originated from the concern about puppet showa that already abandoned in this millenial era. It is unfortunate if the show just disappear. Exen trough this art provides a lot of knowledge that can estabilish young generation character to be better. The creation of this art work takes in the figure of a slownman who consist of Semar, Gareng, Petruk and Bagong. The Puppet caracter is taken, because of the role in the world of puppetry is very large. The creation of this artwork visualizes snoppet of the clown. Storie into photographic artwork. Moreover, want to convey a moral message contained in the storie of clowns into photography artwork. The creation contain elemens that supporting as compatible as the topic raised. The elements combaineed with montage technique that proceeded using digital imaging and printed on photo paper, so the visual that served consistent to the hope. Captain Marvel: Gender Equality in the Perspective of Superhero. Gender equality is something that can be a concern lately so it can be used as an issue in the creation of a work of art, because the ‘value’ of women is considered lower than men in various activities or daily activities. A big American movie studio, Marvel Studios, released a film with a female superhero named Captain Marvel. The emergence of the film made the writer want to examine about this superhero much deeper. The method employed for this paper was deconstruction approach by linking it to the phenomenon occurring in the society. Hopefully this article will strengthen the perspective of gender equality by studying the character of Captain Marvel through her portrayed character, sign, and color of her superhero costume. Pecinan Tambak Bayan Surabaya Dalam Fotografi Dokumenter

Documentary Photography of Chinatown in Tambak Bayan Surabaya. Chinese etchnic of Surabaya has been living in the settlement, called Tambak Bayan Surabaya, around Kalimas River. Most of the families living there are the third and fourth generation of the Chinese ethnic whom migrated to Surabaya several years ago. Those families occupied the buildings formerly were horse stables during colonial period. Their economic condition was classified as middle to lower class. Hence, they did not have other choices but those settlements. Documentary photography is a way to describe their everyday conditions in a 4x4 quadrangle house that is high. Chinese identities that surround their homes are each the size of each family inhabiting the house. The families residing in Chinatown Tambak Bayan Surabaya can be visualized into several documentary photographic works showing their condition and their dwelling places.
