Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children Article 1 Section (1) number 3 children in conflict with the law are children who are 12 years old but not yet 18 years old who are suspected of committing a criminal act. We can see the legal protection for children. when the child is in conflict with the law and is subject to imprisonment with the loss of rights that the child has. The conditions for handling children who commit criminal acts are very worrying, because some children who are in conflict with the law are brought together in adult prisons.

Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, judges are obliged to explore, follow, understand legal values and a sense of justice that live in society. Then Artticle 50 Rv, explain that the decision must not be granted beyond the demands put forward in the lawsuit. The purpose of this study is how the judge’s consideration in a lawsuit. The method in this study uses a normative juridical approach. The sesults of the study show that judging by granting more than what is being accused can be equated with illegal actions even though it is done in good faith.

The entry of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in early March 2020 to Indonesia, forced companies / employers to forcibly lay off workers / laborers due to the non-operation of the company and obeying the regulations issued by the government regarding the prohibition of gathering and maintaining distance from each other. The formulation of the problem in this research is the concept of legal protection for workers who have been laid off due to Covid-19 which is reviewed through Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The purpose of this study is to describe and provide an overview of legal protection for workers who have been laid off due to this pandemic. This research method is a qualitative method with a normative form of research that puts laws or rules to answer the problems to be studied. The approach in this research comes from statutory regulations and literature study. Based on the results of this study, the concept of legal protection for workers who were laid off due to Covid-19 which was reviewed through the Manpower Act is based on Pancasila which includes legal protection for wages, welfare and social security for workers and the concept of legal protection for workers who have been laid off as a result of Covid-19 based on the Job Creation Law, namely equal justice by giving severance pay as the fulfillment of labor rights. This study advises the government to include specific rules regarding legal protection for workers who have been laid off due to disease outbreaks and advises employers / employers to include the rights that workers need in the work agreement if a forced layoff occurs. Abandoned land is land that has been granted rights by the state in the form of Ownership Rights, Business Utilization Rights, Building Use Rights, Use Rights and Management Rights, or basic control over land that is not cultivated, not used, or not utilized in accordance with the circumstances or the nature and purpose. granting rights or the basis for their control. The definition of abandoned land is not regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2010 concerning Control and Utilization of Abandoned Land (“PP No. 11/2010”). However, it is regulated in Article 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2010 concerning Procedures for Controlling Abandoned Land.The results of the study explain that the judge with his considerations in the case related to the transfer of rights to abandoned land belonging to state-owned enterprises in the decision Number: 3/Pdt.G/2011/PN-Lsm The judge considered that the problem in the abandoned domain was absolutely not the authority of the lhokseumawe district court. However, in the State Administrative Court, because the plaintiff in his case mentioned the ownership assets of the land. Thus, the judge rejected all of the plaintiffs' claims.

Korupsi di Indonesia berkembang dengan sangat pesat pada beberapa dekade terkahir ini, akibat dari tingginya kasus tindak pidana korupsi, menempatkan Indonesia pada jajaran negara terkorup di dunia. Pemerintah telah berupaya keras dalam mengatasi permasalahan korupsi, hal tersebut dikarenakan tindak pidana korupsi merupakan kejahatan luar biasa (extra ordinary crime) yang bersifat sistematis dan teratur. Selain hukum positif, Indonesia juga tidak terlepas dari ajaran agama. Secara tegas agama sangat melarang perbuatan korupsi karena korupsi termasuk sebagai tindak pengkhianatan dan kezaliman, telah banyak penjelasan tentang larangan perbuatan korupsi baik pada Al Qur’an serta Hadist. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Yuridis Normatif yang merupakan penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Dengan menggunakan metode berfikir deduktif (cara berpikir dalam penarikan kesimpulan yang ditarik dari sesuatu yang sifatnya umum yang sudah dibuktikan bahwa dia benar dan kesimpulan itu ditujukan untuk sesuatu yang sifatnya khusus). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaturan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam Hukum Positif diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Sedangkan dalam Hukum Islam Tindak Pidana Korupsi diatur melalu Al-Qur’an dan Hadist. Perbandingan Pemidanaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi menurut Hukum Positif dan Hukum Islam dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hukum Postif untuk menentukan pemidanaan tindak pidana korupsi dapat dijatuhkan hukuman penjara maksimal 20 Tahun penjara serta hukuman tambahan berupa membayar denda. Sedangkan Hukum Islam perbuatan korupsi merupakan pencurian dan hukumannya potong tangan dan hukuman mati. Saran dalam penelitian ini, Hukum di Indonesia harus memenuhi unsur keadilan tidak membuat perpecahan sesama masyarakat , serta penegak hukum harus tegas dalam menjatuhkan hukuman pidana bila perlu di dasari Al-Qur’an dan Hadist.
