The article is dedicated to the analysis of the lexical and stylistic markers of anger in Mongolian folklore, texts and to how frequent that emotional phenomenon is for the studied narratives. The object of the study is the lexical and stylistic markers of anger in Mongolian folklore narratives. The subject of the study are the words that denote the manifestations of anger in the characters of the folklore texts; who and in what situations utters them. There can be different meanings that are hidden behind the lexical and stylistic marker of anger in the narrative. The analysis of communicative situations may allow to make assumptions about the nature of the world picture of the actors in Mongolian folklore and to formulate a hypothesis about the reasons for the existence of an emotional state in one way or another.

Using the example of texts from the poetry book of Carmela De Santis, a representative of the linguistic minority of the Salentine Greeks (Italy), the paper analyses the specifics of the literary creation in the contemporary minor languages and its socil-cultural context of the linguistic and folklore revitalization. The article aims to demonstrate the necessity for a combination of literary analysis with the social sciences field methods, when working with texts of that kind. The study of the collection showes that the author uses elements of local folklore in her poems: formulas or whole stanzas borrowed from folklore texts (which are mostly present in the final part of the poems). In addition, the structure and narrative features of the collection’s texts are influenced by two folklore genres that are well known to the author: the prayer and the festive toast. Moreover, the context of the emergence of certain texts by Carmela De Santis is determined by the sociocultural situation of the linguistic and folklore revitalization that has taken place in the region over the past several decades and cannot be understood without studying it.

The article is focused on studying the specific features of the Chinese fairytale on the example of its traditional formulas. Unlike the “classic” fairytale described by the “Propp formula” and the Aarne – Thompson system indexes, the Chinese fairytale is built upon the completely different type of the fairytale fantasy. That feature is manifesting primarily in its relation to non-textual reality (= reality), which directly affects the poetics and the style of the genre. The paper considers the structure and content of the initial and final formulas as one of the most important markers of the fairytale genre. When comparing the results obtained during the research with the conclusions drawn by N. Roshijanu in his study of traditional formulas of Romanian fairy tales, it turns out that the key feature of Chinese fairy tales is a strong binding to the fictional reality and the reality surrounding the storyteller and his listeners. In contrast with the “classic” fairytale which is built exclusively on the idea of being a fictional narrative, the Chinese fairytale does not insist on the uncertainty and non-authenticity of the events described in it. So that clearly illustrates, as B.L. Riftin wrote, the “earthiness” of Chinese fairytale fiction.
