Achievement scholarship is one of the SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli programs which is managed by a school that has the aim of helping children who excel but are less well off financially in school, it is hoped that with this achievement scholarship program many children cannot afford the cost but have academic achievement can continue school without having to be confused or worry about cost issues. This achievement scholarship program is aimed at children of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli in particular so that this program will manage a lot of children's data, in order to be able to manage large children's data quickly and accurately, an information system for receiving achievement scholarships is needed to help in performance so will be fast in processing, processing, and making reports. The purpose of this study was to determine the information system for the Achievement Scholarship Recipients of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli, and to design a desktop-based Information System for the Achievement Scholarship Recipients of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following, namely; use of the information system for the data collection of outstanding scholarships at SDN 1 Glp. Miyeuk Sigli is expected to be able to help make Achievement Scholarship Information data that is accurate and effective, and the existence of an information system, it makes it easy for SDN 1 Glp. Expert System to Diagnose the Level of Learning Stress in High School Students Using the Forward Chaining Method

The research objective is to design an expert system to diagnose the stress level of learning in high school students using the web-based Forward Chaining method. It is hoped that it can be used as an initial alternative to determine the level of stress experienced by students in learning. The research method fully uses a system development model consisting of the need for stages, making prototypes, evaluation stages, and system maintenance. The results of this study succeeded in making an expert system design to diagnose the stress level of learning in high school students using the Forward Chaining method and analyzing the results of the IF THEN ELSE calculations using Forward Chaining.

Indonesian-Aceh Application Translation Design Based on Android

Language is a sign to communicate. In the world, there are many languages that characterize the country, for example, the State of Indonesia which has various regional languages, one of which is the Aceh language which is dominantly used by residents in the Aceh Province to communicate. The purpose of this research is to design and build an android-based digital dictionary application that can be used to make it easier to find translated vocabulary in Indonesian or in Acehnese so that they can be used in general so as to provide convenience for the user. The method used in this thesis is the prototyping method. Based on the test results on the Android-based Indonesian-Aceh application, it can be seen and can conclude several things, namely; The search system is designed to be able to display words in the text file in program code faster because it does not require large data, in the coding process using the auto-search model and an array that matches the application user input string, this dictionary application is designed using Xamarin Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 which can be exported on IOS and Windows Phone systems in a single project built.

Designing a Website Based Aceh Translation Application Using Rule-Based

Language is a means of communication between community members in the form of sound symbols produced by human speech tools, language is also a means of self-expression as well as a tool to show self-identity. With the very rapid development of technology, especially in the field of information technology, the problems previously described can be overcome by building a web-based text to Aceh language translator system. Research on the translation system uses three main approaches, namely a rule-based, statistical and example-based approach. The method used consists of 2 (two), namely the system development method with the waterfall method and the rule base method for parsing the dictionary data. Based on the results of the analysis and design of the Aceh language translator application, it can be seen that; The design of an Acehnese translator application can provide convenience in carrying out the process of translating Acehnese into Indonesia and vice versa, and the rule-based method is used to anticipate the limited number of words contained in the database, which are Indonesian words that have similarities in Acehnese made in a certain pattern of rules. The rule-based used in this application is the change rule in the front syllable, back syllable, middle syllable, and their combinations.

The book data information system at the Aceh Provincial Language Center still uses conventional methods in book data collection. The large number of printed manuscripts that were entered and the transaction process caused many difficulties in controlling bookkeeping. In addition, data processing also takes a long time. From the background description, the authors define the problem only in how the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters and the design of the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office are web-based. The purpose of the discussion is to find out the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters and to design a web-based E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Headquarters. For the perfection of this report, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies. The E-library Database Management System makes it easy for the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters to evaluate the handling of e-libraries and with this application, it can overcome problems that exist at the Aceh Provincial Language Head Office because it speeds up reporting and reduces human errors.
