The possibility of placing the specimen in a gaseous medium in the environmental SEM (ESEM) has created novel ways for detection of signals from the beam-specimen interactions. It was originally reported by Oanilatos that the ionization produced by certain signals inside the conditioning medium can be used to produce images. The aim of this report is to demonstrate some of the improvements on the system that have occurred thereafter. Two straight thin wires are aligned horizontally along a direction normal to the direction of the two scintillator backscattered electron (BSE) detectors reported elsewhere. The free end tips of the wires are about 5 mm apart halfway between the specimen and the pressure limiting aperture (specimen distance = 1.5 mm). The other end of each wire makes contact with the input of a separate preamplifier, two of which are built inside a shielding aluminum stub. With such a design, interference noise from the input cables is avoided.

It was suggested to use the system model working in real time for an iterative method of the parameter estimation. It gives the chance to select a suitable input signal, and also to carry out the setup of the object parameters. The object modeling for a case when the system isn't affected by the measurement noises, and also for a case when an object is under the gaussian noise was executed in the MatLab environment. The superposition of two meanders with different periods and single amplitude is used as an input signal. The model represents the three-layer structure in the MatLab environment. On the most upper layer there are units corresponding to the simulation of an input signal, directly the object, the unit of the noise simulation and the unit for the parameter estimation. The second and the third layers correspond to the simulation of the iterative method of the least squares. The diagrams of the input and the output signals in the absence of noise and in the presence of noise are shown. The results of parameter estimation of a static object are given. According to the results of modeling, the algorithm works well even in the presence of significant measurement noise. To verify the correctness of the work of an algorithm the auxiliary computations have been performed and the diagrams of the gain behavior amount which is used in the parameter estimation procedure have been constructed. The entry conditions which are necessary for the work of an iterative method of the least squares are specified. The understanding of this algorithm functioning principles is a basis for its subsequent use for the parameter estimation of the multi-channel dynamic objects.

WHO (World Health Organization) concludes that not much effect is caused by electric field up to 20 kV / m in humans. WHO standard also mentions that humans will not be affected by the magnetic field under  100 micro tesla and that the electric field will affect the human body with a maximum standard of 5,000 volts per meter. In this study did not discuss about the effect of high voltage radiation SUTT (High Voltage Air Channel) with human health. The research will focus on energy utilization of SUTT radiation. The combination of electric field and magnetic field on SUTT (70-150KV) can generate electromagnetic (EM) and radiation waves, which are expected to be converted to turn on street lights around the location of high voltage areas or into other forms. The design of this prototype works like an antenna in general that captures electromagnetic signals and converts them into AC waves. With a capacitor that can store the potential energy of AC and Schottky diode waves created specifically for low frequency waves, make the current into one direction (DC). From the research results obtained the current generated from the radiation is very small even though the voltage is big enough. Keywords : Radiance Energy, Joule Thief, and  LED Module.
