This study aims to describe the form of culture in worship or respect for Venerable Sivali at Siripada Temple and Vipassana Graha Temple. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The object of research is Sivali's puja culture. The subjects of the study were Buddhists who worshiped Arahant Sivali. The research was conducted in Tangerang and Lembang. The time of research began in January to June 2018. Techniques and instructors collect data using observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the research instrument carried out with a test of credibility, dependability, confirmation, andtransferability of the results of the study. Data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model. Based on the results of research and refinement, it can be concluded that: (1) The shape of the Arahant Sivali altar in the Siripada monasteryis a temple building made of stone and inside is a statue of Sivali who is sitting cross-legged and holding a bowl; the Arahant Sivali altar at the Vipassana Graha monastery in the form of a roofed building, four pillars and without walls with the position of the Arahant statue Sivali standing with a cane, umbrella, curled in a bag. (2) Pujas activities are carried out by the people by being respectful, such as going out, having a proverb, offering amja puja, remembering good services and attaining Arahanthood; and pray by reading paritta and make a wish. (3) There are still people who have no understanding of Sivali; the purpose of respect is varied, namely imitating Arahant Sivali, increasing confidence, respecting, expecting blessings. The positive influence of the habit of respect is belief in being strong, happy and prosperous.

Abstract Bayesian decision theory provides a simple formal elucidation of some of the ways that representation and representational abstraction are involved with, and exploit, both prediction and its rather distant cousin, predictive coding. Both model-free and model-based methods are involved.

The extracellular matrix (ECM) plays a critical role in directing cell behaviour and morphogenesis by regulating gene expression and nuclear organization. Using non-malignant (S1) human mammary epithelial cells (HMECs), it was previously shown that ECM-induced morphogenesis is accompanied by the redistribution of nuclear mitotic apparatus (NuMA) protein from a diffuse pattern in proliferating cells, to a multi-focal pattern as HMECs growth arrested and completed morphogenesis . A process taking 10 to 14 days.To further investigate the link between NuMA distribution and the growth stage of HMECs, we have investigated the distribution of NuMA in non-malignant S1 cells and their malignant, T4, counter-part using a novel model-based image analysis technique. This technique, based on a multi-scale Gaussian blur analysis (Figure 1), quantifies the size of punctate features in an image. Cells were cultured in the presence and absence of a reconstituted basement membrane (rBM) and imaged in 3D using confocal microscopy, for fluorescently labeled monoclonal antibodies to NuMA (fαNuMA) and fluorescently labeled total DNA.

This descriptive study evaluates the speech disfluencies of 8 verbal children between 3 and 5 years of age with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Speech samples were collected for each child during standardized interactions. Percentage and types of disfluencies observed during speech samples are discussed. Although they did not have a clinical diagnosis of stuttering, all of the young children with ASD in this study produced disfluencies. In addition to stuttering-like disfluencies and other typical disfluencies, the children with ASD also produced atypical disfluencies, which usually are not observed in children with typically developing speech or developmental stuttering.
