This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. Need further research to ensure that marketing influencer had an effect on purchase decision.   Keywords: Product quality, price, marketing influencer, buying decision

This study aims to increase the professionalism of Catholic religious education teachers in the development of student worksheets (LKS) teaching materials through clinical supervision of supervisors at the elementary schools built in the city of Mataram. This research method uses Supervision Action Research (PTKp). The subjects of this research were 17 teachers of Catholic religious education in the target area of Mataram city. The research instrument used a questionnaire and an observation sheet. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that coaching in an effort to increase the professionalism of Catholic religious education teachers in developing teaching materials for the preparation of Student Worksheets (LKS) through clinical supervision by supervisors shows a significant increase in each cycle. In addition, the activities in each coaching show that all Catholic religious education teachers can increase their professionalism in every aspect.

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of YouTube Music platform as teaching media to improve students’ listening mastery. It is believed that YouTube Music as an innovative media could be used effectively to attract students’ interest in increasing their listening mastery. By using true-experimental research with quantitative design, there are 52 students were divided into two groups, 26 students for experimental group and 26 students included in control group. This research used test and questionnaire as research instrument. There are several findings to prove that YouTube Music platform is an effective media to improve students’ listening skills. By conducting test as first instrument, it was found that the average score of students taught by YouTube music was 79.85. It was higher than those who taught by conventional media (71.50). By analyzing the data, it can be concluded that there are significant different between students taught by innovative media than those taught by conventional media. This result also affected by students’ perception in learning listening which was found by students’ answer from questionnaire.

Understanding breaking news necessitates a special attention, since they are written with a special style. The study aims at identifying the difficulties faced by the Iraqi university EFL learners in comprehending English breaking news. The study included 10 fourth year students enrolled at the Department of English, College of Education for Humanities, University of Anbar. Thus, a questionnaire as a research instrument, was sent online to the students. The questionnaire points were related to the identification of difficulties faced by the learners in comprehending English breaking news. The data of the study were (10) headlines selected purposively from Euronews website. The data were qualitatively analyzed based on quantifying the quality procedure. The findings showed that (54%) of the total number of the students stated that the headlines are difficult to understand, and (46%) considered them easy. Based on these findings, the study has concluded that students faced four main difficulties: neologism, difficult vocabulary, ellipsis, and passive voice when reading news headlines. Neologism has scored the highest percentage (32.4324%), while passive voice has been the lowest (5.4054%).

This study aims to review the phenomenon foreign terms using on sign boards at airports and ports in Ambon City. In order to describe this phenomenon, this study will use two ways. Frist, measuring  the level of control language use with the results of language assessment; and second, describing  the reason as the background of chosing the language in public spaces at ports and airports in Ambon City. It is a qualitative descriptive research. This research using photographs signboards and interviews result as the data. Photos analysis using a research instrument made by the Agency for Language Development. The results of photos analysis then supported by the results of interviews. This study found that ports and airports in Ambon City gets category B in control rating. This category shows that the use of Indonesian language in the port and airport areas in Ambon City is quite controlled. Based on the results of interviews, it is known that the effect of less socialization the existence of Law Number 24 of 2009 to ports and airports in Ambon City is signboards which wrote by foregn languages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas fenomena penggunaan istilah asing pada papan-papan petunjuk yang berada di bandara dan pelabuhan di Kota Ambon. Agar dapat mendeskripsikan fenomena tersebut,  penelitian ini mengukur tingkat keterkendalian penggunaan bahasa menggunakan hasil penilaian bahasa; serta mendeskripsikan latar belakang penyusunan dan penggunaan bahasa ruang publik di pelabuhan dan bandara di Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu berupa foto-foto papan petunjuk dan hasil wawancara. Foto-foto yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan instrumen  penelitian yang dibuat oleh Badan dan Pengembangan Bahasa. Hasil dari analisis foto-foto tersebut kemudian ditunjang dengan hasil wawancara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan bahasa pada pelabuhan dan bandara di Kota Ambon masuk pada kategori peringkat  terkendali B. Kategori ini menunjukkan penggunaan bahasa Indoenesia di wilayah pelabuhan dan bandara di Kota Ambon cukup terkendali. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa minimnya sosialisasi mengenai keberadaan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 tahun 2009 pada pihak bandara dan pelabuhan menjadi pemicu penggunaan istilah asing di ruang publik pelabuhan dan bandara di Kota Ambon. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan masukan kepada pihak bandara dan pelabuhan di Kota Ambon untuk lebih mengutamakan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia di ruang publik.

This article analyzes three Pedagogical Course Projects (PPC) in the area of Biological Sciences through a research instrument called Matrix of Knowledge – M(S). The methodological procedures were based on Discursive Textual Analysis (ATD). The vertical and horizontal readings of the M(S) Matrix revealed, respectively, the following distributions of the analyzed excerpts: 77.2% were in column 3 (teaching) and 85.5% were allocated in the first line (epistemic). Data analysis also revealed an important gap: it is the absence of excerpts in column 2 of the M(S), dedicated to the determinations of knowledge in relation to teacher learning. This is a worrying result, as the PPCs do not mention or provide considerations for teachers about how to conduct their classes (methodological aspects), how to think about content perspectives (epistemic aspects), finally, how to develop the conditions of the teaching action.

<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan video sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri Sistem Endokrin kelas XI SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi tahap penyusunan materi isi media video dan validasi media video. Validasi dilakukan oleh lima validator. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar validasi. Penilaian lembar validasi menggunakan skala Likert. Aspek yang dinilai yaitu aspek format, isi, dan bahasa. Data dianalisis menggunakan formula Lawshe. Hasil validasi menunjukkan rata-rata CVR pada aspek penilaian format, isi, dan bahasa lebih besar dari batas minimum Lawshe. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa media video dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri Sistem Endokrin pada kelas XI SMA.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aimed to determine the feasibility of video as a learning medium in the Endocrine System submaterial in class XI senior high school. The research used descriptive method. The research stages include the stage of compiling the video media content material and the video media validation stage. Validation was carried out by five validators. The research instrument used a validation sheet. The validation sheet assessment used a Likert scale. The aspects that assessed were format, content, and language. Data were analyzed using Lawshe's formula. The validation results showed that the average CVR in the aspect of format, content, and language assessment was greater than the Lawshe minimum limit. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that video media can be used as a learning medium in the Endocrine System submaterial in class XI senior high school.</em></p>

Most parents would agree that parenting is extremely complex and challenging. It is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of a child from infancy throughout a person’s life. Children are not born successful or unsuccessful. It is up to the parents and their behaviours to become what they become later. Normative or healthy parenting is a precondition for a child’s success, self-confidence, and autonomy. Meanwhile, non-normative, unhealthy parenting or overparenting may have a harmful impact on a child’s social skills and overall life. The research was aimed to gather teachers’ experiences about the existing parenting behaviours and to reveal the dominant parenting patterns that may be observed in nowadays child-raising practices. For this aim the research instrument was constructed designing of which was based on a specific focus on different areas of unhealthy, non-normative parenting. An international study was conducted that led to identification of the key aspects of the experience of teachers working with the overprotective parents and their children. 262 teachers from Portugal, Slovenia, Turkey, Romania and Lithuania participated in the survey. The study findings served to reveal the dominant behaviours of overparenting observed by the teachers The findings also allowed to define the difficulties that teachers face in dealing with overparenting parents and overparented children. The study was conducted in the framework of the international project “Overparenting – allow your children to make mistakes”, project No. 2020-1-PT01- KA204-078497.

This study aims to improve the mastery of the concept of passing down volleyball for class IX-J students at MTsN 4 Jombang in the 2019/2020 school year. The subjects of this study were students of class IX-J MTsN 4 Jombang in the 2019/2020 school year. The design of this research is that this research is a classroom action research so that the research design used in this study is a design of classroom action research (CAR). The research instrument consisted of learning observation sheets and student test sheets. The data from this study were analyzed using the formula for the average percentage score of the results of the research instrument. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from each research cycle, with details of the average score in the first cycle of (73.33%), the second cycle (86.66%), and the third cycle (96.66%). . The conclusion of this study is that the jigsaw learning model has the potential to improve the mastery of the concept of passing under volleyball for class IX-J MTsN 4 Jombang students in the 2019/2020 school year.

<p><em>Character education is an important provision in preparing early childhood in facing a future full of challenges, both academically and in the life of the nation and state, learning at Roudhotul Athfal Bina Ibsani Muslim in the current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in efforts to manage education character even though the intensity of the encounter between teachers and students is reduced and moves to digital spaces. This study aims to describe the development of character education in RA Bina Insani during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research instrument uses observation, semi-structured interviews where the researcher tries to open the opinion and ideas of the informants so that the problem becomes clear. The technique used to analyze the data used a qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that there are four models of learning model RA Bina Insani Muslimi during the Covid-19 pandemic; Online (online), offline (offline), Home visit (home learning once a week) and School Visit. The results show that the development of character education is outlined in daily and weekly programs and is still escorted by teachers by providing character control sheets, and providing appreciation and guidance for those who do not meet the criteria. The characters developed are the child's personality, independence, discipline, and responsibility. </em><em></em></p>
